HORRIBLE! She gave me someone else’s dry cleaning she said she would pick it up at my apartment a month ago. She had the audacity to ask me to drop off Ed Broderick’s dry cleaning when this was her mistake! I should be the one charging her a fee for the long time she never came to pick up her customers dry cleaning! I have called her many times to come pick up her dry cleaning she has never answered the phone once she is ignoring me! If you don’t come pick up your dry cleaning today June 3rd 5pm it will be thrown out!!!! Not storing someone else’s dry cleaning in my tiny apartment not my mistake not my problem!! Don’t recommend anyone coming here she will give your dry cleaning to someone else horrible customer service not reliable!!!!

I bought this dress on Poshmark from Anthropology and it was small, wouldn't zip all the way. They transformed the back into a beautiful tie with a bow and I can wear it. I love this place and have been coming for years for dry cleaning and tailoring, this is just one recent example of their great work!

Great experience! Came to tailor a sequin bridesmaids dress and a tux. They were fast, efficient and affordable. Will be using them moving forward for tailoring and dry cleaning.

I came here to get a very difficult alteration done on a short time frame (like a weekend) before my friends wedding. the alteration was done quickly, well, and for a very fair price! i will be loyal to anna and her husband forever!

The people who work there were great, and service is fast for wash and fold. However, I had a huge allergic reaction to whatever detergent they used, which has never happened to me before. I tried calling to figure out what they use, but couldn't get a straight answer.

There was a leak in my closet from the woman upstairs. I brought all my clothes that got wet here and I explained to the woman behind the counter what happened. She was extremely sweet even going as far to tell me to take pictures of the clothes just in case. Her husband delivered them to my home - everything went extremely smooth. This one's a keeper.

I hate being "that guy" who writes bad/negative reviews on Yelp, but I thought the gruff customer service, and terrible results were worth pointing out. I brought drapes here to be ironed-- a pretty straightforward job-- and was given them back even more wrinkled then they started. I pointed this out to the guy there, but he didn't care. Didn't offer to redo them, just charged me and shrugged his shoulders. If you don't have the equipment to do a certain job, or just can't do it for whatever reason, say so, or offer to refund my money. There are much better cleaners in the immediate area, so you're probably better off elsewhere.

Love these guys. Never had a problem with them losing or damaging any of my clothes in the year that I've been going. It's owned by a very nice older husband and wife, who are always smiling and friendly when you walk in. My one tip would be to make sure you bring your receipt, as sometimes the husband has some trouble hearing you spell your name. Definitely not a problem in the scheme of things. Their prices are good ($2 for a men's shirt, $5 for dress pants) and they take credit cards. My go to dry cleaner in Hoboken!
