I came here once for a haircut as I saw that they had very good reviews online and the reviews were correct. The staff was very friendly and haircuts were only $20. I definitely plan to visit here again

Definitely a cut above! Went in for a haircut and got a complimentary beard trim, and unlike other shops, this only came out to $20! $20 MORE THAN WELL spent on an excellent haircut that makes me look and feel great! If you’re going in, it’s cash only (They just installed an ATM though).Atmosphere, 5 stars, phenomenal, and very warm and welcoming.Price: 5 stars, incredibly reasonable given this is HobokenQuality: 5 stars. I came in ugly, came out slightly less ugly! That’s a victory for me!

My favorite barbershop in Hoboken. I always get a regular haircut - not too short in the winter, not too long in the summer. Plus they have snacks and beverages. I like the homemade cookies. Nick is like the Mayor here. Men's haircuts are $20 plus tip.

My boyfriend was in town and needed a haircut. Very simple just a buzz on his head and his beard groomed up. In the past, he had tried a few places around and was not satisfied as he was when he walked out of Mr. L's. He called ahead and they were able to take him right away. For $20 he was in and out and happily satisfied with Nick the barber had done for him. This is his go to spot now!!
