We cannot say enough good things about Manhattan Neon! Marilyn was wonderful to work with, and very thorough. Everyone that we worked with on her team (John, Luis, and Russ) were not only professional, but very kind and went above and beyond several times to make sure our installations were exactly what we wanted.Marylin even saved us with a very last minute add and helped us with an onsite pickup!The quality, professionalism, fair pricing, and overall care for the project will have us back the moment we have another event in NYC :)

I went to this place early in the month for a banner. Spoke to them said it wouldn’t take long. I wanted to see if the event I needed it for would be canceled. When I found out it was still ago I contacted them sent all I was ask to send Wednesday even went up there. When he finally got back to me it was Friday to ask me when I needed by which I said Sunday. To only reply Saturday with they are closed on the weekends which was not told to me by anyone. Which I sent him that day of august 21st I have not received a reply back yet. I was still willing to buy what o order but as of now this has left a bad taste and unfortunately has redirected my business.

My husband and I have been wanting a neon sign for a long time. When we finally settled on the text, we reached out to Manhattan Neon who made it come to life in such a perfect and incredible way. They have so many different customization options, that really, I can't imagine much, if anything, they can't do. I only wished I was a more creative person so I could have tons of cool neons made for my apartment. When we were picking out the neon color, they showed us around their shop and we got to meet the neon tube bender. I am not a neon expert, but from our sign alone, I can tell that his craftmanship and care for his work is top notch. I have lived in Hoboken for a number of years and I'm so glad a company like this calls this town home too.
