The girls at Madewell Hoboken are always so kind and welcoming. They love our dog, Goose. We love visiting, checking out the sale section, and always leave with goodies. Thanks to Allison and others for being so kind every time we visit!

Store looks nice, as most madewell stores are. But, when my family and I went there yesterday afternoon, nobody greeted us. No other customers were there. And after 10 minutes, still nobody greeted us. Sadly, this happened in most madewell stores, whether it was in Seattle or Westport (Ct). I don't know why. I hate to think that it's because we're Asians (brown skin). When I brought some things to the cash register, then a lady over there greeted us. This happened over and over again, even over the years. I don't know why I still went into madewell. I guess I love their things so much that I'm willing to overlook this, and maybe I'm hopeful that it will get better. Oh well...

I will proudly make this same review on any forum that will allow me to. Went to Madewell today to buy some jeans that would fit my 2 month postpartum body (any new mom can relate to the feeling). Well Jacqueline M. was an actual godsend with helping me find the perfect pair of jeans, that I felt comfortable and confident in. Jacqueline listened to everything I was looking for and approached assisting me with kindness, understanding, and was incredibly supportive and encouraging. This visit was exactly what I needed to feel a bit more like a human being while in the trenches of postpartum. A huge thank you to Jacqueline for making my day. She deserves a raise!!!

These past few months have been super hard for me because my body has changed since last fall. Kim, the stylist there, absolutely saved my life. She was so caring and so helpful making sure I was okay and helping me put together outfits that I could be confident in.

Went in with a broken pair of earrings and they quickly sent me off with a new pair, no questions asked. Great customer service here!

Staff always very friendly and helpful. Take off sizes in store is pretty good and great rotation of merchandise. Items are pretty expensive but worth the quality. Obsessed with their jeans and dresses

Oh you gotta go here! Hospitality and customer service is unmatched at Hoboken Madewell. I'm a Madewell girly and this is has great stock, space, and staff. The employees are worth mentioning again because we all know that can make or break a shopping experience. Check this place out!
