Lived here for only a couple of months, but building is great with wonderful staff. Love the apartment size and layout and full washer and dryer in unit is the best.

I have been here over a year and have had a great experience thus far. The employees who work at the concierge are both very friendly and helpful, which is greatly appreciated!Management is typically responsive to calls/questions, and maintenance comes within a reasonable time (and have always been very helpful!!). The building location couldn't be better and I am very happy to have found this place! Definitely recommend.

We've lived in Hudson Square South for over a decade. We've had nothing but a positive experience with the apartment, staff and management. Aside from some occasional elevator issues, the buildings are well up-kept, repairs and maintenance are handled quickly and promptly, and the management has always been responsive and friendly. The front desk/concierge team are some of the nicest and most helpful people you'll meet.

I was a tenant at Hudson Square South for the past year and a half. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The common spaces were kept clean, management was responsive, and all maintenance requests were addressed within 48 hours. If not for relocation, I would extend my lease at this location.

Great building, front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly. Great to have a concierge service, and a in unit washer dryer! Amazing sized apartments and a fantastic location, couldn’t ask for more in Hoboken!

I worked closely with Elena at Hudson Square South and could not have had a better experience. She was timely in her responses and helpful in whatever questions I threw at her. As a new resident, it was comforting to work with someone as kind as her! If any questions, be sure to ask for Elena!

I love my apartment at Hudson Square South. It's the perfect little haven in Hoboken. It's got the most amazing location. The receptionists are super friendly especially Kyana.

I used to be very happy here, but the building has 2 elevators and one has been constantly broken for 2 months. If your a incoming tenant it is something to consider. Edit: the elevator has been fixed - so am happy to give them one star back

Living at Hudson Square South was a nightmare. The elevators NEVER work, the apartment is so old and poorly constructed and when something is broken and maintenance comes it takes at least 5-6 months and they charge you astronomically even though it's their responsibility. When you reach out to the property management company, they either take forever to reply or are extremely rude. Applied Property Management is a disorganized and poorly run company that takes people's money and provides them a terrible home.
