Do not rent here!!!!!!!! They will not return your security deposit and fail to produce receipts for the “damages”. I should’ve listened when I was told not to rent here.

Best location in Hoboken! Directly on the water and minutes from the Path. Staff is always super friendly and helpful

Lived here for only a couple of months, but building is great with wonderful staff. Love the apartment size and layout and full washer and dryer in unit is the best.
