I went through Mary Knapp for my rental property for my storefront. Let me share my experience to where you guys shouldn’t rent through them. I’m 29 years old single mother who worked really hard in my first job to be able to build my self made business. I rented 6 Bleecker st in jc heights. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. Mary knew her client was a extremely difficult client, all the neighbors knew the landlord was problematic and gave everyone hell. Ive invested into my rental because I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it. The landlord made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I had to leave the location it was that bad to the point it’s legal action in place. Mary said sorry and basically then kept saying she didn't want anything to do with it. But took my money for broker fee and that wasn’t a problem for her right? I lost out on everything my construction everything. These realtors don’t care about your business. She wanted a check. Now I am behind over 10k . The he’ll I’ve been through please find a realtor who cares who knows the landlord and not they “friend” and then dismiss you. With proof of all my paperwork and what this landlord has done to me I hope anyone going through my situation gets through it peacefully. Don’t rent with them simple.

Ariel was invaluable to my last minute search for an apartment in Hoboken/JC! Never pushy, extremely polite, cheerful, patient, knowledgeable, prepared and professional.She presented me with a wide array of choices that were within my budget and took me to 9-10 of my top picks in a single afternoon/evening. When I arrived for the showings she had mapped out our route and gave me a packet with information on each place including the commute time and walking distance to my work. She was well informed and gave me honest opinions on which place would suit me best based on my preferences and needs. She stayed at her office late and prepared everything necessary for me to apply to my top choice so that I had the best chance of getting it.I was able to sign a lease at my favorite apartment the following business day. Ariel also provided me with suggestions on movers and insurance agents, contact info for the utility companies and instructions on how to reserve street parking on move-in day.I couldn't recommend Ariel more!

Ariel was super helpful! Contacted her on short notice, and she was able to work her magic and find us some great places to view on such a short notice. Really knew her way around the different areas, quite impressive. Honest with you which is best, not there to waste your time. Very helpful and intuitive about her suggestions on where to live regarding your interests. Great experience, would definitely recommend giving her a shot. Also, great personality and gives off a fun experience, showing her dedication and willingness to find a place suitable for you.
