This isn't a good pharmacy. You have to remind them to refill your perscription otherwise they won't do it. They're always late with it too. When you walk into the place, they act like having customers is inconvienient. You often have to actively get their attention otherwise they will ignore you, even though they see you and know you're there. Even when you do get their attention, they're obnoxious. I've been meaning to write this for a while. I'm so glad I stopped coming here.

Very nice staff. They’re polite and have my medication next day if they need to order. They also offer delivery.

The best pharmacy I've ever used. They really care and give you individual attention, especially if you're someone who has multiple meds that need prior authorization, or if you have trouble getting to the pharmacy and back, because their free delivery service is a lifesaver. I even moved away from Hoboken, but still use them and will continue to get my meds delivered by them every month because they're awesome. They really go the extra mile to make the process as painless as possible - SO much better than Walgreens or CVS, trust me. Highly recommended.

I came to this pharmacy because CVS was out of amoxicillin and I am so so so happy I did. The pharmacists were so nice and polite and they provide a fantastic service. I will def come back here!!!!

Jaffer and his staff will do their very best to meet your needs without missing a beat they make calls and never let you down by far they are the very best!!! I have been going to them for many years now and I would never leave them!! They all treat the patient with kindness understanding the illness and the patient. You won't be disappointed!!

Hoboken Family Pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am truly grateful. Thank you guys. If you are reading this and you take any medication regularly, and are in search of a pharmacy where you will not feel nameless and faceless.... I recommend Hoboken Family Pharmacy.

Excellent service. The employees are extremely friendly. I wouldn't change Hoboken Family Pharmacy for any other. I've been with this pharmacy since they opened, and I was very difficult to deal with. They treat me with compassion and understood that it was due mental health issues. I think they the best!!

My experience at this pharmacy was unfortunate and mortifying, which says a lot since I came from CVS. I don't know what kind of deal "Jef" has with the CVS workers, but I am begging anyone reading this to NEVER COME HERE. The staff is incompetent, disrespectful, and flat out disturbing. AND EVEN WORSE IS THAT OWNER ALLOWS IT !Reply to the owner: You’re not able to find me in your system as one of your customers because I did not end up getting my life saving medication from you! You and your staff basically dismissed me and were too focused on what was for lunch. I was the potential transfer from CVS. But thankfully it stayed at potential. And will never become one of your patients. FYI, mentioning your patient’s name publicly is privacy violation - just another reason why not to be of service to you as you clearly don’t value patient’s privacy (HIPAA).

I'm no longer right in their neighborhood but this is still one of my favorite pharmacies. They turn around prescriptions so quickly, are extremely affordable and I rarely have any issues at all. This is my favorite no-frills pharmacy in the area, hands down. As far as prescriptions, I would opt for them over any of the big box stores in a heartbeat. They do have a small store with some over the counter goods, but it isn't a huge selection. For over the counters, it is probably safer to go to one of the big guys. but for prescriptions, I highly recommend HFP!

Just to moved to Hoboken and transferring a generic prescription. I have found I am sensitive to the Mfr. for this medicine. Walgreens and Medicine could not help me get the specific Mfr. Called Hoboken Family Pharmacy, who did some homework and confirmed they could order it and had the prescription filled in 24 hours. Great communication and they were also super nice. I will be transferring all my prescriptions there for this level of premium service.
