Mike and his team are absolutely the best. From ordering our murphy bed few years ago, to having the same unit moved into our new home, everything has been above & beyond expectations. The quality of the product is excellent. But if you can believe it, the customer service is even better. Thanks Mike and team for all you’ve done for us. And for moving the bed, a third time to a different room in our house most recently. Highly recommend this company!

We love our murphy bed from Hide N Go. It looks great open and closed. We chose the natural wood with the Maple finish. The construction quality is very good and the bed is easy to use. We have the fold down table option to convert an office to a bedroom. We can make the switch in 5 minutes. The side cabinets are great for storing office needs out of the way. I highly recommend these beds and Hide N Go.

Hide N Go sleep had excellent customer service from my very first interaction with them.
I didn't have an appointment to view the beds at the showroom but Michael arranged a viewing within 30 minutes of me calling. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions.
The delivery and installation was quick and hassle free. It took less than 1 hour even though we live on the third floor without elevator.
The queen Melamine Metro Murphy bed works great and fits well in our room which is about 10'x9'. We were able to fit a 13" mattress without purchasing extra depth add on.

From buying my new Murphy bed to installation this was a fantastic and stress free experience. Mike was early for our scheduled appointment, honest about the product, and patient with all my questions. We scheduled the delivery date at the appointment meeting for one week later. The day before delivery Mike text confirmation for the delivery window and was on time that day. Mike and his assistant were careful and respectful of my space during installation. They cleaned up all of the boxes and made sure everything was left in good condition. After installation, they checked that everything was attached safely and properly and ensured that the bed was ready for overnight guests.

Mike was great from beginning to end. Delivered bed & installed, he even opened mattress I bought at another Co. This was a pleasure to deal with this company. Bed is more beautiful than the pictures and very quick installation.
Highly recommend this company & murphy bed. We love it.

Highly recommend! Easy process throughout - from giving us an appointment despite the holidays to installation two floors up, Mike and team were amazing. Good selection of beds with customizable options - more than we found online or elsewhere. Yet to use the bed but it works great and easy.

I would highly recommend Hide N Go sleep to anyone looking for a Murphy Bed. I did a lot of research on Murphy beds and Mike has amazing products. But what stands out most is his amazing customer service and honesty! He is very responsive and guides you correctly to make the right choices what is best suited for your needs. Mike deserves much more than just a 5 star rating.

Had an awesome experience with Mike and his team! They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, from first inquiry to bed installation. I needed a bed quickly and was able to purchase a floor model and have it installed just a few days later. My sister recently moved to a one-bedroom condo. We decided to purchase a Murphy Bed so her son would have a place to sleep when he visited. We visited Hide N Go Sleep LLC in Union City NJ. It is a lovely showroom with a great selection. Michael Dattolo helped my sister choose the appropriate bed and personally delivered with two associates on 3/29/23. They did a wonderful job setting it up, very meticulous and thorough. This beautiful piece of furniture is the best purchase made and having this wonderful team install it even better!! This was a great experience. Mike was super helpful and even answered questions after the purchase. I like the chest-style murphy bed we bought and even though the mattress is a trifold, as Mike assured me, it is truly a very comfortable mattress to sleep on. Great product and great service.
