Customer service is consistent and all staff have been extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Jani especially has been informative and really goes the extra mile when helping you decide and go through the menu.

Staff was super sweet and friendly (reason for 2 stars), but unfortunately the products are overpriced/low quality for what they are. I asked if the pre rolls at least had decent terpene content or tasted good, and I was told they had great flavor and the d8/d10/HHC were closer to normal bud in potency.I bought some to try based on their advice and paid around $27 for 2 joints.They tasted like old dry flower with no flavor, and don’t really get you high since it’s all hemp. I would have saved my money and kept smoking on what I brought if I knew what I was buying.If you’re used to smoking normal outdoor/greenhouse/indoor bud you will be disappointed, this is like the $5 grams of cbd they sell at gas stations.Very disappointed…

Not good products. Go elsewhere.Response to owner's response: Sure, Darek!You don't sell quality products and you're not a real dispensary even though you try to imply that you are. Your employees are unprofessional at best and obnoxious at worst. And you, Darek, are unhinged and have an anger problem. And most of those positive reviews are fake, which is sad that you're so obsessed with it given that you somehow think that a 4 or 5 star rating is going to keep your business afloat. Hope the feedback was helpful!

Closing time is 10pm and I arrived at 945 and the door was unlocked but they would not let me make a purchase. Usually when a store closes at 10 they actually lock the doors at 10 and then count the register.

I heard good things. But I'm sorry to say, my experience was not a great one. I found the gentleman to be rude and acted as if he couldn't wait to get us out of the store so he could serve the next customer. He also made a rude sarcastic remark while my friend was asking about rollups.Also, notice how most of the positive reviews are strictly 5 stars and they all seem to be written similarly. It's easy to spot fake reviews and this is an absolute case of it. Over 240 reviews? This place doesn't have 240 customers!Products may be quality, but the terrible service did not encourage us to find out. Better service can be found elsewhere.

The customer service of this place is a war crime. Outside of that, this place isn't even a real dispensary, and if you want flower, especially compared to the MANY options of true dispensaries now, this place is beyond mediocre. You'll get higher smoking oregano.The only impressive thing about this joint (pun intended) is the amount of fake reviews the owner has generated on Google. Don't waste your time or money.
