Louis and Tony have succeeded to bring that 1870’s house to a 21st century lifestyle while fully preserving the house’s historical characters. They were very attentive to our needs and quickly understood the style we were looking for. They also factored in the practical requirements of a family with young children without compromising on style or function. Their meetings were always well prepared, and we agreed very easily with most of their choices of materials, colors, and accessories. they handled all the contractors for installation despite all the supply chain disruptions from the pandemic. The result of their work is a source of daily joy as we now live in the house. We re-hired them in 2023 to completely remodel the living room, which was pretty basic and which they turned into our favorite room in the house, complete with a smokeless real fireplace, shelves, furniture, fabrics and decoration pieces. There were plenty of organizational and communication problems when it came to receiving the items and what services were in fact included (i.e., disposal of the old stuff). More clarity and fewer mixed messages would have been greatly appreciated. It was an unpleasant experience.”
