New owners? If you remember Dor L Dor as THE place to find a cute outfit without breaking the bank, you’ll quickly notice that it is now a completely different establishment in terms of the style of clothing, the quality, and most notably, the prices. I’ve been a customer here for ten years; everyone knew Dor L Dor as the affordable Hoboken boutique - the styles were classy, charming, unique. The past two years or so, it’s gone completely downhill. Not only have prices skyrocketed, I no longer can find tasteful outfits for anything other than nightclub outings (even still, that’s if you’re lucky, and comfortable showing a LOT of skin). The staff rarely acknowledges their customers, and never have a clue as to what they have in stock (couldn’t even find a blazer or anything remotely resembling a blazer in a pinch, as I would have had no problem doing so just a few years ago). I walk in from time to time hoping that I’ll find something nice, but I just left another visit empty-handed, despite “50% sale” racks (unfortunately, even the 50% off prices are STEEP). I know the economy is hurting, but it’s sad to see that Dor L Dor is no longer able to set itself apart from the other Hoboken shopping options.

Nice little shop, very friendly staff, I didn’t look very long because I was in desperate need of some socks, which they don’t stock. But I’d recommend for their clothing and atmosphere

One advice: do not go inside this store. I took my grandma for the first time to hoboken and during our visit, my grandma was interested in checking out the store. I wish we didn’t. Although the clothes are fashionable and affordable, the staff was a complete joke. They were rude and unfriendly and SO unwelcoming. Even though, I bought a top from there, I could not wait to go out to write this review and to advise you to not waste your time. Never again.If I could, I would have give them 0 stars as rating.

DO NOT COME HERE! I never seen a place so unprofessional, so rude, and so disrespectful till I came to this store. They treat their employees like absolute garbage and the boss is a complete joke. Dor L’ Dor prides themselves on being a fashionable location but their products are completely outta style, cheap, and just unwearable. Fashion is about stepping out of the norm and expressing yourself but they completely missed sight of that. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Unless your okay with disappointment

I use to be able to find anything here. The clothes are made cheaply now and it’s small sizes or I gain extra weight. The new girls weren’t so friendly and it was over crowded with inventory. I was a customer for over 15 years.

One of the only women’s clothing stores in the area that has a true variety and is affordable. Great rewards system, lots of benefits and worth getting a card. My only complaint is that in the hotter months the fitting rooms can be a sauna. But I know AC can get expensive and they do open the front door and try to vent the store out when needed.

Cute and colorful boutique that caught my eye as I was wandering through Hoboken. I'm so glad I walked in! First of all, stores that color-code their racks have a special place in my heart. Um, hello, fellow organization nerds! Second, their clothes are super feminine and fun - just my style. They carry a wide range of sizes, from small to extra large. I found a sexy little black dress in the back that I fell in love with for $30. There are two fitting room stalls in the back. Their prices and quality are a level above Forever 21 and a level below Express. It's mainly daily and party clothes, with lots of dresses, crop tops, skirts, swim suits, and jackets. Their shoes and jewelry looked cheap, so I steered clear. But it's the type of place where you can find gems for sure. Check it out.
