As much as I used to love this place, I’m going to have to stop using them. The past 4 orders I have placed (totally about $150) have all been late by hours. You have the option to have your items picked up/delivered in a specific time window (about 3-4 hours), but my deliveries have been late every single time. They charge a gratuity, which they should, however if my laundry is going to be late then I don’t believe it’s justified. Overall disappointed and will be in search for a new company.

Really easy - I leave a bag downstairs and call them - they pick it up….24 hours later I get it dropped off washed dried folded and color coordinated. They even sometimes put an envelope on top with all of my things they found in my pockets. For about $1 a pound it’s usually like $20-$25 and I’d rather spend that then spend all the time and about $10 in a regular laundry place doing it myself.

They have the nicest staff and my clothes always come back neatly folded and clean. I have been using this service for over a year and have not lost an article of clothing yet! Sometimes they come earlier or later than the timeframe you selected but they usually give you a call and will come back if you are not home / need to leave.

I've been using this service for years and unfortunately I just received a full bag of clothes that smell completely like cigarettes. Contacted the business and they offered me only 5 dollars back (on a $50+ order) or to rewash my clothes. I used this place every month for 3 years going on 4, and they couldn't give me a refund for this one order. I loved supporting this business but it's an expensive service so I was really disappointed, and can no longer use this place for that reason. If it's one thing you use a laundry service for it's for clean clothes.

This is our go to for wash and fold. They’re always friendly and clothes are packed and folded really neatly, nicer than other places we really tried. Would definitely recommend!

Direct Laundry is my go-to for wash and fold. Naresh and his team are reliable and professional. They are always on top for pick up and delivery. My clothes come back clean and folded within 24 hours of Direct Laundry picking them up from my apartment. I find the price point to be excellent for the services that are offered.

I tried wash and fold for the first time. I desperately wanted to get my clothes back in 24 hours before my trip. Direct laundry was the only place delivering Saturday night. They were on time and did a good job. I got a $10 discount as a new customer. Paid $55 for 20 pounds of laundry.

No complaints from me. Staff is friendly and I haven't had any issues! Once in a while I'll get a shirt back a little smaller than I left it, but that's what happens when you don't do your own laundry and can't pick out things to air dry. I believe you can ask for that but it hasn't bothered me too much. I hate doing my laundry and don't want to spend a day at the laundromat so this is a great option
