Daniel Mesrobian was awesome!! I was completely impressed with Daniel’s professionalism and customer service. He helped my mother sell her property and from my first meeting with him, he patiently explained the process and the next steps. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, genuine, and efficient. He was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and explained details several times to ensure we were comfortable. Daniel was very patient with my mom, and he made her less anxious, which is a feat :). He made a very stressful process manageable and went out of his way to ensure we were on track with everything. We enjoyed working with Daniel and highly recommend him as a real estate agent!

Great guy and excellent broker. Why? Well I’m not very emotional When we speak about money. My perspective is that I will choose a broker based on who gets me record deal. We have done three deals ALL of them were sold for record price.Of course you will ask me if he is one of those arrogant pushy type of people if he gets such results. On the contrary – extremely diplomatic, very persistent and systematic But tactful and pleasant. And because there are many reviews for brokers that are not true let’s gets clear. You can just ask Mr. Mesrobian to give you my contact information and I will always be happy to share my deals with you. Good luck in your business!

If you want the best realtor in town, look no further than Dan. He will work overtime to make sure the house is sold and the seller and buyer are both happy. He also knows the town regulations and nuances really well and can help you navigate the sale which can be complicated in a place like Hudson County.

I needed to sell a property in Jersey City and was referred Dan by a mutual friend.Dan was excellent in his outreach, consistently great his responses, helped me find resources to prepare my property, brought solid players to the table when it came time to process offers, and reach a successful close in record time.I would highly recommend Dan and his team again if I had to sell a property in his coverage area as they would be well served and well counseled by him.I was really not impressed with the first few people I went through on online sites and Dan was a diamond in the sea of those mediocre real estate persons.As with all properties, they are unique and have their own value. I feel Dan, with his team, and the recommended preparation resources he provided for paint, landscaping, and handyman help really helped me get the most value out of the unit in a rapid fashion.The online marketing and promoting of the property as well as open houses were better than expected. So much so, that when the offer arrived, the buyer ask we cancel the follow on open house as they feared more bidders would appear to take the property.Truly a sign of Dan's talent.

My wife and I used Dan for a buy and sell transaction this year. We put an offer to buy a three bedroom condo in Hoboken that was contingent on us selling our two bedroom condo first. In other words, we couldn't buy the new place without the equity from our old place. We put a lot of pressure on Dan to get the two deals done and he rose to the occasion. There were some intense negotiations on both properties and Dan handled it all gracefully and professionally to close the deals. We will be going through Dan for all our future real estate transactions. Needless to say, I highly recommend The Mesrobian Team for your real estate needs.

Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty to help myself and my 5 siblings sell our 6 family rental building in Union City. Not only did he get us a great price but he walked us through many hurdles. We had several open permits which he helped close and actually went to the building department to personally pay fees and get the permits closed! There were a lot of moving parts in this sale and Daniel handleled them all with kindness, patience, finesse, professionalism and honesty. He got us a good real estate lawyer and “held our six pairs of hands” throughout the months of the sales process. He has a lot of personal contacts in the building department and the city and eased all our concerns. He’s a caring and kind human being and was never pushy in any way. He’s not what I call a “fast talker” and truly wants to help his clients. He has his clients interests at heart! We couldn’t have chosen a better realtor whom I now consider a friend!
