Needed medication for a friend and the ladies at the pharmacy were helpful for me in finding exactly what I needed between the 3 of them they sorted me out. In the main store I found lots of deals on snacks/ drinks and sale items.

I came in to get a drink and i saw the photo kiosk and wanted to get a photo of my pet. They had two options for printing, pick up and in seconds. I obviously chose “in seconds” as it was just one photo.I did the process and nothing came out of the printing machine. i assumed i needed to pick them up at the register so i go over there. As i was waiting in line to pay for my drink and pick up the photo, older employee waiting by the register asked me if i needed something and i told her i want to pay for my photo. The lady with an adidas sweater at the register immediately started speaking spanish to the older employee and said “tell her no, i dont want to do this anymore.”She assumed i didnt speak spanish, but I do fluently as its my native tongue, and so i replied to her in spanish. She quickly changed the attitude and I told her that my photo didnt come out. She said that it must have and I didnt pick it up. I again told her no and even my two friends who were with me checked and they didnt find anything. I still caught her rolling her eyes as she had to go check the machine and then i saw her move a display stand next to the printer to retrieve my photo and qr code that was being blocked by the giant display case. I genuinely get when shifts are long and people are tired. I dont get upset at workers who want to go home and cant because customers can get annoying. But to have a really nasty attitude and be sneaky trying to use another language to lie just to not do your job is not the fault of the customer. Dont be assuming people dont speak the same language as you.

Nate was very helpful- I had went in, with an urgency to get a passport photo that I needed for the next day and he was able to help me in literally less than 15 minutes! Thanks Nate, you’re a lifesaver!

The lady with black hair and an accent is so rude. She flips her name tag because she knows people are going to write a bad review's about her. Me and my friend came in to buy a charger for an iPhone and she kept giving us the wrong cube and adapter. Once we thought we got the right one we paid and left but then we found out we got the wrong one so we went back 5 minutes later and asked for the right one and an exchange or return. She was so bothered by us and didn't want to do the return as well saying that we were killing her and the system. She didn't know the knowledge to complete a return so she called her manager who took almost 20 minutes to return a charger during that time she accused us of switching the chargers or stealing them when she checked us out and the chargers were behind the glass so she had the key and opened it up and handed us the charger to buy. I do not recommend going to his CVS because she will make your experience miserable and add drama to a simple transition. She needs to be fired.

First I’d like to say I see why cvs is going out of business. The lack of brick and mortar services are lonnnnng gone.
I just went in there smiling yes a little excited… however I’m like good morning, may I use your bathroom…. It’s out of service… I said sir, I’m pregnant and I’d really appreciate it if you allow me to use your restroom… like I said it’s closed… I said how do you use the restroom? He said I’m the break room….
CVS! so let me get this right, if your locals come in depend time and shop get their prescriptions, and buy what they need for their family. While they are in your more than 10k square ft establishment. You don’t think they should be able to use your restroom?
I’m pregnant for god sake! If my husband was with me he would’ve made a stink. This isn’t Nyc this is refined Hoboken.
How dear you not cater to your community….This was the draw for me, I’m going to Walgreens indefinitely…

Everything over $10 is literally locked up and you need to wait or look all over the entire store for someone to open it for you. People like to reach ingredients on CVS items which makes this borderline impossible.

I came on three separate occasions to the pharmacy part, each time I waited more than an hour to pick up a prescription that was sent in by my doctor, the line was ridiculously long at the pick up counter only for them to tell me that they have to call my doctor to change something because they didn’t have what the doctor sent in stock. If you have over an hour to spare, and don’t mind waiting in line just to sit down and wait for them to make changes because they never have anything, then come on to cvs!! This is the worst cvs that I’ve ever visited, I only come here because my pharmacy closes early. I worked at a pharmacy for many years and I know that there’s no reason why it should take so long to get someone their medication
