Extremely rude staff at the pharmacy pick
Up. You doing your job and you getting paid for it. No reason to be so nasty and rude to your customers. Pathetic. This pharmacy is the same for last so many years. Why does the management not change things around for the betterment of its customers. Horrible experience every single time.

Run. If you are in need of medical care or vaccinations, go elsewhere unless you're in the market for serious bacterial infections from their dirty supplies and facility.

Extremely rude female working there. Lack of customer service is shameful. Same spanish girl has an attitude when you ask for help. She stands by the registers as WE CHECK OURSELVES OUT and stares at her phone , if you need help be ready for a attitude, cause she has to go back to her phone.

I live in the neighborhood and come regularly to this store. today I had a very unpleasant experience. a girl with an accent apparently of Russian origin, was following me around the shop and I spoke in Spanish to one of the girls from that box saying "make sure she pays for everything and doesn’t steal anything". had never felt so judged and humiliated in that way. the girl had a black uniform. I imagine that she thought that I did not speak Spanish, I find this attitude very unpleasant and also racist. It’s sad that people like them are in customer service at their drug chains. Especially that they dare to judge customers in such a contemptuous way and aloud inside the store. all this happened at 12:00 pm in the skin care area.

The pharmacy here is underrated. The staff are always professional. They can deliver your meds too. Vaccine service is always quick and courteous.

I recently went to CVS for a TB test and unfortunately had a poor experience. Lauren Levatino, who conducted the test, rubbed my forearm multiple times with her thumbs without wearing gloves. She also requested to see my upper biceps and gave me information about vaccines I had never received. This made me uncomfortable, and I believe it compromised the accuracy of the test. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and am now questioning the reliability of the results.

A friend of mine went to this cvs and was very upset about her treatment and the lack of professionalism and unsanitary conditions that your employee Lauren L exposed her to as a health care professional myself gloves and ppe are mandatory when treating all patients and for your employee Lauren L to request to review a patient's biceps is just wierd smh 👎

Just left; a couple of prescriptions a couple of things from the store. Checked out at pharmacy. Placed all items clearly in front of cashier; she only rang the prescriptions. When asked “ Could I get these too” she giggled like an idiot and said “ you could if I hadn’t pressed total you have to go up front. If she had graduated the 8th grade the correct response is “ sure let me ring those up real quick “ pathetic worker , pathetic store, and corporate will hear about this

Their medical services is a joke! We are doing the blood draw to do the testing and Ms. Paternal Wali ask me “Do you drink the water?” I said I did. And she said she can’t do it. She need to transfer me to another clinic. Maybe another clinic don’t need appointments and you can walk in. At the same time she is keeping calling out for help. The experience is terrible!

This location was previously so well managed but in recent years has decreased in quality and customer service. The pharmacy offering in particular needs to be re-evaluated as Hoboken residents cannot speak to pharmacists directly as of a month ago. You are now instructed to leave a voicemail (?) and a pharmacist will get back to you — which is unfortunate when you have timely questions regarding medication. An overhaul is needed at this location’s pharmacy.

I just went to CVS this morning, everything I needed was in stock, if I needed help staff was right there to help me so everything went smooth. Everything was good. Just one problem. If you asked to use a restroom they’ll tell you they don’t have any which is a lie. They should have bathrooms on site especially for elderly people going in there to pick up medication, that is very important especially when U have people of all ages shopping & picking up medication 😡
