Shelves are always bare bones and not stocked. Can’t remember the last time I left this store with everything I planned on purchasing. Not sure what’s going on.

Pharmacist Vanessa Lee was unable to follow the clear and accurate instructions provided by my doctor, causing an unnecessary delay of 45 minutes. During this time, she seemed to be waiting for instructions that were essentially the same but worded differently. This caused significant inconvenience, especially given that the instructions were already clear.
Additionally, I encountered further issues with one of your attendants, named Nataly. She was extremely rude and unprofessional when I inquired about the delay. Instead of offering a clear explanation, she fabricated a story claiming that my doctor had failed to provide instructions on how to use the prescribed medication, which was simply untrue.
This experience has been highly frustrating, and I feel the need to escalate the matter. I will be filing a report with the state pharmacy board as well to ensure that this issue is properly addressed and that future customers do not face similar challenges.

This was the most horrible experience ever, the managers were awful and they kept staring at me as well as following me as if I was going to steal something. NOT ONLY THAT but after we left on the bus the cops started following us so I can only assume they called the cops just for being colored folk in an institution of which I thought, as well as my team thought was a proper and safe community ☝🏾 SO THANK YOU ISSAC AND EDDIE U WILL BE REPORTED.

Me and my black/Latino teammates walked in this store from a game two workers followed me and my teammate around the store as we got our items to buy. I asked one of the workers to help me find a slim Jim and his tone and attitude was so rude. They were rushing us to leave the store as we were buying. I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE it’s horrible!!!!

They followed me and my COLORED teammates around the store after we just got out of a game and was being EXTREMELY rude. They told us to leave while in the middle of paying and telling us some rude things brushing it off like an excuse to say it. 0/10 I do not recommend going as a colored person.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was at this CVS when my volleyball team & I were discriminated. We walked into the CVS after playing Hoboken high school right across the street. Eddie, Isaac & the other employees made our girls feel completely uncomfortable. All they wanted to do was buy snacks for the ride back home from the game. The head coach & I (assistant coach) were there to chaperone them and were buying their snacks. They followed them the entire time and made them feel less of themselves. You have caused them trauma and this will be a story they will live to tell their children and where NOT to go.

Brought my girls volleyball team in the store to get snacks for our long trip and the store employees Isaac and Eddie literally swarmed my kids as if they were about to steal. My players are all Black and Latino but obviously implicit bias is a serious issue even for workers of color. Bias is serious. These children just wanted to purchase some snacks and they were being supervised by myself and my assistant coach. They feel really harmed by the situation and it’s bothering them a lot. Isaac and Eddie, I hope you are proud of the fact that you just created a lot of racial trauma for these girls. You should be fired.

Pharmacy is fine for filling prescriptions, but good luck getting someone on the phone if you need to.
Store is horrible: almost everything is under lock-and-key; the floor staff takes incredibly long to help and some of them are nasty when you ask for help. The self-checkout kiosks often have problems, especially when using CVS coupons.
Other than prescriptions, I now go elsewhere. If Acme in Hoboken ever gets a pharmacy, I will get my prescriptions there.

This CVS is supposed to be a UPS drop off point but when they get too many packages they will simply refuse to take more and be very rude about it

Why does a pharmacy with multiple employees close for LUNCH? This is the antithesis of customer service!

Good luck trying to get ahold of the pharmacy. Not only do they purposefully set up an exhaustingly long number of automated hoops you have to jump through to even reach the option to call the pharmacy, you now can only leave a voicemail and cross your fingers that they’ll get back you. Absolutely ridiculous and bordering on cruel.

Incredibly rude and incompetent people at the pharmacy. I waited 50min for a toothpaste. The pharmacist said she would call the doctor and did not for over 15min and served other patients.
They called me over the interphone to say it was ready, after 50min and when I was at the check out, they said to wait more. So it was clearly a lie.

Worst pharmacy in NJ. Slowest and rudest service in town! You can come in and watch the pharmacist quickly pick up the phone and immediately hang up on all inbound calls. In their defense they seem overworked/cvs is to cheap to hire help. Either way the end result is horrible.
