I have been using this mattress for over 1 year and it is not worth the money. This is the most unfirm, firm mattress we have purchased. The sides of the mattress are nice and firm, but the center of the bed did not hold up as well. The end result is that the you and your partner end up rolling into the center of the bed which limits your body area and ultimately ability to sleep. Good luck with your journey finding a decent mattress.

Not even going to wait until I actually receive my mattress to say the customer service at this company is absolute TRASH. Buy a mattress from a company who actually cares about their customers. Don’t waste your time.

NEVER BUY FROM BEAR. Terrible, they sent the wrong size metal base and currently will not return my calls or emails. I cannot use my bed at all which is significantly smaller than advertised and much smaller than standard full size mattresses. They tell you online that their mattress only fits with their base and support which makes sense because they are so small. Within their return window, I tried to exchange the mattress, base, and support even though I asked to buy a larger and more expensive queen set, they would only accept the mattress and wouldn't facilitate and exchange for the base and support. After I give up and many medical issues I finally got around to opening the base and support and they sent a full size support but a queen base and are totally avoiding their error. Customer service is rude and evasive.

Terrible experience. I spent so much time researching which mattress to get and finally decided on buying a bear mattress. My order was cancelled days after I ordered, which was already frustrating because I was so excited I was basically counting down the days. So then I called to inquire about why it was cancelled and they said they didn’t know and to just order again. Ok, so I retry ordering and everything seems fine until a few days later, I get an email that it was cancelled! Again?! So I call up again & they tell me that it wasn’t cancelled, they still see the order in progress. Ok, weird, maybe it was a technical glitch? Idk, but fine. So I waited for the mattress, I get notified that it was shipped out, and eventually, it says it’s out for delivery and then delivered. Despite receiving the notification that it’s been delivered, nothing has arrived, so I call to see what’s going on and the person says that the mattress had been shipped back to them and that my order’s been cancelled for fraud and that I can’t order with them again. Wth? This company has wasted soo much of my time and has given me headaches and left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. It shouldn’t be this complicated of a process to get a freaking mattress. Save yourself the headache from ordering from these folks and choose a more reliable company instead.

I will be honest that i am writing this review mostly to get a call back. DO NOT BUY A BEAR MATTRESS. Unless you are the type of person who never plans on contacting a company for anything even returns. THEY DO NOT REPLY! When someone did reply, they lied and told me that i will receive a confirmation email in 5 minutes. Of course i never did. Either the "fastest growing mattress company" has overextended itself, Or they are are a company of liars. If i am having this hard of a problem reaching someone a month after i bought it, you can imagine that your 25 year warranty is probably worth squat. I paid more then i could have going with other companies because their warranty was the best. It seems now like its just a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I wouldn’t recommend this at all. I’ve had the bear original mattress for a few months and my back has been hurting and has felt sore ever since I started sleeping in it. I tried everything from swapping out my bed frame to simply placing it on the ground and I wake up feeling the same. If you do end up purchasing one make sure to check until what date you have to return it, I went over the 100 day return policy they originally had and I’m now I’m out the money I spent for it. Not worth it all.

Products are WAY overpriced. Their 3rd party warranty department (and you're going to need them) is e-mail only, and just sends form letters until they wear you out. When you call the actual company, they listen as well as the warranty department reads their e-mails (which is to say...not at all). Save your money and buy a quality product that will last, from a quality, human, seller. Complete waste of time and money.

Terrible customer support. Had a mattress that developed a dip in the middle less than 2 weeks after receiving it. Contacted support and was told it was "developed with enhanced edge support". Basically ignoring my concern. After reiterating the problem, was told to contact another department to start a warranty replacement for an exchange. As I know the website strictly states only one exchange/return per household, I asked if this would effect my 100-night sleep trial. Never received an answer for this question from either department.Decided then and there to just return the mattress and not deal with this company as this was too many red flags in such a short period of time.What's even worse (and telling of the company) is that my review I left for the mattress and my experience is not even showing up on their website, weeks after I submitted it. Basically just them trying to remove bad reviews.The sad part about this whole thing, is that before the dip occurred, it was a comfortable mattress.

I ordered a mattress from Bear a week ago, based on "reviews" on several mattress websites. When i came to find out that those reviews, are actually paid product marketing, i attempted to cancel my order. In addition, many of the positive reviews that have been placed on sites such as Google, have been placed by Bear's own employees. Also, I tried to obtain evidence/research studies that Bear has obtained to support the scientific claims that they make about their mattresses, but apparently none exist.I contacted the company yesterday, and I spoke with an employee named Steven, that he was able to cancel my order. Last night, I received an email stating the mattress was shipped and would be delivered on Sunday.At this point, I was told by another employee ,Mike, that my order was not "canceled, " but the mattress was rerouted to Bear's warehouse in New Jersey. Keep in mind that FedEx still reports the mattress as to be delivered to me on Sunday.I have asked for my refund several times now, but am told the company will not return the money I already paid them. Mike stated that, when and if, Fed Ex return the order to them, they will look into it.So, stay far way from this company! They have zero evidence to support the claims they make about their mattresses, the positive reviews they post are mostly from the company's own employees, and there customer service is dismal! I have little confidence they would ever comply with their lifetime warranty either. That is if they even stay in business with business practices like this!

I came here to get a link to recommend this mattress to a friend and was surprised to see some of the reviews. This is my 3rd year sleeping on my king-size Bear and my back has never felt better. We originally purchased it because I was having lower back issues. I do agree with the reviewer who mentioned the corners sinking in. I've never had an issue since I tend to sit on the side of the bed and not the corners. Just did a little corner test and it sinks a little but I am still supported by my platform bed frame. I highly recommend this mattress. So far it has not lost any shape, even after moving to a new place and having a toddler who likes to sneak and jump on it. This bed is firm but still comfortable. When I lie down I sink at the perfect depth to keep me cozy through the night.

One of the worst experience. I just arrived first there is no name on the building to determine where Bear Mattress is. Also I spoke with the women and she said “we are not showing any mattress due to Covid” then why is the store open. You just lost a customer good luck.

My adjustable bed is very cool. It had a problem about a month in - but Ariane in customer service helped track down the problem - and now I’m back to sleeping soundly!

Great customer service. I emailed a question about my Bear mattress and they got back to me within a few hours on a Sunday. I doubt any other brand has customer service like this.
