The birthday flowers and balloons I sent my Daughter from the highly recommendable All Occasion Florist were as beautiful as their website made me imagine them. But beyond that, I had caused confusion by mistakenly providing the wrong delivery address, and though the flowers had already been delivered to that incorrect address, Juan and Jackie graciously jumped into action and saved the day. My Daughter loved her flowers.

I’ve been going to all occasion florist for about 8 years now and they have some of the most beautiful flowers and even better service. Their employees are very kind and thoughtful with customers and especially when it comes to the presentation of the arrangements .

I highly recommend All Occasion Florist. They delivered a beautiful arrangement for my nephew and his wife for the birth of their new son. They worked very professionally with me while I had to change the delivery date a few times.

Disappointed. The flower basket I received looks quite different from the picture, and half of the roses are much smaller than expected or low quality.

Very disappointed. The flower I received has little to do with the image they showed on their website. Roses are small, leafs are wilted and damaged, and the arrangement is mediocre.

Do not plan to order from this florist again. I ordered 2 different vases with flowers for my wife and daughter (in the same order) and only one was delivered. The delivery person did not seem to care when I asked where the other flowers were and of course no one picks up the phone at the store. The worst part is that the arrangement that was delivered was terrible, with more than half of the flowers dead and the rest just greenery. And to think I I ordered the deluxe to make it look full. I was embarrassed to even give to my wife for Valentine's Day, I don't know how they thought they could send to a customer. I could get better flowers from a bodega on the corner.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received here. There’s a reason small businesses should be supported and valued and this covers it.The flowers we received the first time around were a little wilted which I’m sure is a rare one off thing with this store. They sent out another set for no charge and the flowers are so beautiful. I really don’t think anyone in this time and day goes out of their way this way to value a customer.Will go with this florist again 100% . Going to recommend this place to everyone we know!
