We had Window Genie do a soft wash on the exterior of our home, followed by window cleaning. The two man crew of Jorge & Miguel arrived on time and were meticulous in their approach to the project. My husband and I are very pleased with the way things turned out - our house is clean and sparkly! Thank you, Jorge & Miguel, for doing a great job. And a huge thanks to Window Genie!

The two gentlemen from Window Genie did a great job cleaning my shower glass doors that accumulated years' water stains. They were professional and so friendly. I would recommend them for cleaning services without hesitation.

Stay away! The appointment was scheduled 10am-12pm. They never showed up. I called them at 1:13pm and told them that I can no longer wait for them. The lady did not even apologize but threatened me. She said she would charge me for canceling the appointment, and she did. How is that okay that I waited for you for two hours, you never showed up and now you are charging me? This is not right!

The service workers, Juan and Jose were awesome! Prompt, efficient and very professional. I will be using this company again in the future!

They advertise as a local company. There is nothing local about them except an office in ho-ho-kus tucked away on dead end street not accessible to public. Had an estimate for gutter cleaning and solar panel wash. They requested a 50 dollar deposit before the work even started and took cc info over the phone. They came and did the work and then casually charged the rest of the balance on cc without asking. Then my roofer told me some gutters were not cleaned. I called and complained and offered pictures as proof. The rep Barbara said no need for pic they are coming back in few days to re do it. The man Jorge came, claimed that he cleaned the gutters in question despite the fact it still had months old debris, then said he doesn't consider these as gutters (lol) but gonna clean anyways. Took out a garbage bag full of leaves and left. The next days I get an email receipt that they charged my cc. No call no authorization or explanation. Pure fraud. I called the office, spoke to Barbara again. She claimed she is gonna have the owner call me. No call. Called them, continuesly getting messenger service I had to call my bank fraud dept and report them. DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY! Total scam.

We used Window Genie to clean our exterior home windows, gutters & provide holiday lighting on our property.
Recently, on behalf of the Arts Council of Glen Rock, I hired Window Genie to remove/clean 30+ painted storefront windows that volunteer artists painted in May for our annual
Rock Road in Bloom.

I recently used your window cleaning service based on the high ratings and positive reviews from customers. While the windows themselves were cleaned, the person who performed the work left dirty streaks around the window frames, resulting in a partially clean window. Unfortunately, I had to re-clean the windows myself to achieve the desired result. I found the price is reasonable and appearance of service truck will draw attention. But I was disappointed with the workmanship in this instance.

We have used window genie several times and always get a great job. We first started with this company after I needed a service as soon as possible and they came the next day did a great job and were friendly and professional. Using window genie from now on - also had our windows cleaned and again a great job. Looks like no glass is there. Thanks guys!!!
