Very nice people working at the store. Too bad they are price gouging on the covid test. They charge $44 for one test when you can get the same test from Walgreens for $20.

I love walking around this store, my prescription is always done before I'm done shopping. I feel good supporting a small family business but honestly they're just great at what they do. I also like getting a text when my prescription is ready and one on my birthday too:)

I've known Frank for many years since the Palisades Park days ,and continued using them when Hohokus was closer to my work. I now travel 45 minutes to use John and Frank since I've moved, because they are such great guys and such good pharmacists !

Absolutely amazing customer service at Franklyn’s Pharmacy! We transferred all of our prescriptions here and they have been VERY accommodating. Beautiful pharmacy with a great selection of over the counter items and a very pleasant staff.

Franklyns Pharmacy is the ONLY Pharmacy I use.I literally drive 3 towns over just to get my prescriptions here. The reason- because at franklyns Pharmacy - your NEVER just another number/customer. They know most of their customers by name and genuinely care about the people coming into their pharmacy . They also have called my insurance company on my behalf to sort out any new coverage issues/changes. I like that it's not a supersized generic Pharmacy like cvs for example ---At places like cvs if there's a problem; they don't even call your insurance to see what the issue is. if there is a problem; they immediately call you to say "you need to call your insurance" ..... The DIFFERENCE at Franklyns -- they CALL your insurance company to SOLVE the problem BEFORE you even know it's a problem . And then immediately contact you to go over the solution. It's not a big huge Pharmacy - but I've found that I was able to fill my brand name scripts that aren't carried anywhere for a 20 mile radius ---with never having to wait for the order come in.

Today I had a Physical therapy appt at Personal Best Rehab in Ho Ho Kus who by the way are excellent ! My therapist recommended I go to Franklyns Pharmacy and purchase a new brace . They had exactly what I needed ! I needed to fill a prescription for my daughter who is sick and instead of waiting until I got home to Oakland I asked the pharmacist if I could just fill it with him. He was very accommodating, and took care of it promptly . I mentioned I was a nurse practitioner and he very graciously gave me a discount on the brace. I wish I lived closer to Franklyn's because the pharmacist and the young guy behind the counter couldn't have been more more helpful. Thanks again !
