Worst experience ever every time I have come to this one. First they only had two pumps open in the morning while they had the attendant just sitting in the booth. Then the attendant filled my car up with regular when I specifically told him ultra two times.

I just stopped by this gas station on June 22, and I won’t stop by here again. The operator is outright crazy and inadequate. If you don’t like something, stay at home and don’t leave the house. We drove up to the pump, were told several times that refueling was by card, the card had to be taken out of the bag in the back seat, but this crazy person was in a hurry somewhere at 11 o’clock at night, put the gun in the tank and went to another car. When he returned, they handed him a card, to which he became very indignant that he had put the gas station for cash and was very freaked out when they told him that he had been told several times that the gas station would be on the card, that these were his problems, not ours. He is rude and raises his voice. It wouldn't hurt for him to learn some manners and politeness, to be a little kinder. With such a character, his nose may accidentally break, fortunately I am patient and generous, but he can be rude to someone else who will not tolerate him. In general, if you drive past this gas station, drive by, don’t stop, it’s not worth it.

I visited this location today (4/25/2022) at approximately 9pm. After looking around for the attendant who was in a car unaware of 3 vehicles waiting, I requested $50 of fuel, handling him my Mastercard. He confirmed the dollar amount and proceeded to insert my card into the card reader.The attendant then returned to me saying your card "declined". I notified him that my card wouldn't decline and there is sometimes an issue with the chip. I asked him to reinsert the card slowly and it will work. His response was "why? The machine says decline and it will say the same thing again, just go to another gas station". I gladly retrieved my card from him while shaking my head! I refuse to spar with him. I then proceeded to BP on 22 East where I am now using the same card!It doesn't hurt to be kinder to people and LISTEN. You never know who you could be speaking to with an unnecessary tone. Maybe I will stop by again and give you the handout from the inservice I gave my staff today on Courtesy and Decorum in the workplace!
