“I'm sorry it took so long but I have to share this with you Beatrice definitely I give her high praise because she went beyond and that extra mile to make sure that I was taking care of knowing my situation also Mindy I have to give her a compliment also because when I called and they told me that they had given away my reservation I was highly upset but she also assisted with making sure that I was taking care of I also state that the individuals on the answering service should stop trying to do that bait and switch because they told me that my reservation mind you which was only 20 minutes from the time that I had came into your shop and spoke to Beatrice that it was no longer available I bring this to you attention because if it wasn't for the individuals at that site you would have lost a customer and who's to say how many you have already lost but Beatrice and n Mindy I'm sorry it took so long for me to post this but I want to thank you very much for assisting me and resolving that situation”

Everyone I spoke with prior to setting up the move was polite and efficient. John was exceptional as we did a virtual tour of the home and items to be moved . A quote was given right away and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. The team showed up on time - professional, respectful of the building policies, polite to the building staff and super friendly and efficient in my home. Our house was packed up thoughtfully without any surprises or complications. The move-in was equally as enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about this company. “I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I made an appointment to have a trailer hitch receiver installed on my car so I can use it for mounting a bike rack. When I made the appointment over the phone the person that answer was very polite, professional, and courteous. He helped me set up the appointment and ordered the part I needed for my car. When I went today to my appointment, the place was very clean and organized. The young guy who took my car, Jeremy, was also very polite. He gave me an estimated time of 2 hours but had the job done in about an hour and a half. The installation was done with great care and had installed the trailer hitch without a scratch on the car. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Anybody I've ever spoken to or dealt with here has been very professional and polite. Great job, guys!”
