The service team are very fantastic about the manner in which they critically check vehicles and provide detailed information as regards the state of their condition and recommendations thereof. However, the ladies at the paying department don't seem to be up to their jobs. Whiles receiving payments, they simultaneously converse with people on the phone thus causing undue delays to customers.

Does NOT recommend. Passport does not count as viable for proving identity here. Idk maybe they don't know what a passport is. Idk if you're not sure what you're doing, deny service?

Scheduled my service on line, then I got a phone call to confirm my appointment, then a text message.
I arrived 1 minute late from my schedule time because traffic was crazy. I got to the Service Station and in 8 minutes I was getting in the waiting area.
Excellent service, very clean facility.
My car is happy car

This was an absolutely dreadful experience! I brought my car in 4wks prior, asking them to assess the battery, and I was lied to by technician Raul, who claimed it was checked and nothing was wrong. Only for my car to breakdown 4wks later bc of the same issue. When I expressed this, I was met with an attitude by him. Now I'm inconvenienced, and I have a $300 bill for something that was never addressed properly. Officially done and taking my car elsewhere.
