Took my brand new car there today and I will never go back. They scratched my passenger side door. I noticed when I got home and tried to clean the dry soap they left on the door. Whatever they used to wash or dry must have small rocks in it because microfiber clothes don't do that. Stay away and avoid headaches.

I had a car wash on Saturday, and the wash was poorly done! To top that off, when I went to pay, I had my expensive sunglasses in my hand, which I put on the counter to get my cash out, only to turn my back, and my sunglasses went missing... I asked the cashier, and she said she didn't see anything . The cashier took my glasses

Hi goodday please don't go to this car wash I just visited their to wash my car while they were cleaning the interior of my car I went inside to pay and left my rayban sunglasses on the counter not even a minute after I realized it was missing I went back inside and the girl saying she don't know anything about it they are thieves working their if they can do this just imagine when they are Cleaning your inside of your car I just leave their today is April 20th 2024 between 4:50pm to 5:00pm please be careful they are big big thieves working here at perfect touch carwash.

Kranzel Electric power washer for continuous use. Simple training, how wash properly, and production way. Use a hose look very cheap. Alot us car owners we look hand carwash. Don’t like writing reviews especially bad ones but this time did it for me. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I came here and it was like this. I won’t return I always like this place but feels like as of recent they did a complete turn around.

Just save yourself time and headaches.Ive given multiple times and chances, maybe they’ll get it together. Nope. This was it.Every time your car comes out, it stays soapy. Soapy. Like my entire wheels had soap. The bumper, everything. Be advised.Not really good at towels, still soapy + wet.This time though, they half *** dried my floor mats. She took it in, ATTEMPTED to clean it, and when I see her slamming it on the table to dry, all four of them STILL HAD DRIED SOAP ON THE BOTTOM. SHE WAS STILL GOING TO PUT IT IN THE CAR LIKE THAT IF I DIDN'T ADDRESS IT. AYO.Even better, I saw from the waiting area that one of them was putting back my flag hanging from the windshield, thinking it probably fell and shes putting it back. I get inside my car, and it’s literally dangling by the thread. Oh no. I confronted her about it because she knew damn well it wasn’t like that when it came in.The principle is not the value of the item, but the fact that she literally stayed quiet and denial about it. One of the older workers there gave me money for it. It costed 7 dollars to not show up to this location again.Come here at your own discretion.Services: Vacuuming

The only car wash I trust with my vehicle. My car stays shiny for at least 3-4 days after wash. They take their time and it’s 100% hand wash

Swirl marks on my car and they act surprised. I just got my car as well and only went to them for a hand wash. Go somewhere else.
