What an extremely rude lady.I walk in to style my hair, just needed the back of my hair twisted, and she says, "That one, there's nothing I can do, there's nothing I can do!" I have freshly installed "twistable" braid, and she completely refused to do my hair yet we'd already spoken over the phone. I asked again, do you not twist hair? She just wasted my time, needless to say I found a better person who did a fantastic job.Cannot recommend anyone to this shop.

The lady I think her name is Batogoma, had a nasty attitude and was complaining about how she was tired, displayed no good customer service and didn’t want to listen to me when I told her how I wanted my hair done. If I’m paying you to do something do it properly tf. Won’t be coming back. 0/10. The other lady was sweet tho

I got lemonade braids done here, she finished in three hours, looked exactly like the picture I recommend her. She’s very sweet and quick and only cost me $100.Service: Braids

My hair looks beautiful, that's why I gave her 5 stars. She is also a very lovely and sweet woman. My only disappointment is because she was late and did not communicate effectively. It could also be more organized and clean inside however, I am sure she has a very busy life. Her work is 5 stars though. I am very happy with the results especially because she was able to take me even though I made my appointment last minute

ND is very experienced and always does a wonderful job on my hair and my daughters hair. If shown a picture of a braid or sew in weave style she does it exactly the same way. Always satisfied with her work.

I took my daughter here show the lady what style she wanted and ask if she can do it they said yes. I left out just to go to the bank to get what we agreed on paying $120 when I got back she said listen the braids are going to be a little smaller in the picture but it will be the same style I said ok. I gave my child the money and told her to call me when she was finished because she was a teenager I get a text from my child telling me she doing her hair different. I come back and they did one of those $65 hairstyles. The owner wants to argue only because I agreed to pay the $120 she didn’t care about the fact it was a completely different style. I gave the lady $80 ONLY because the woman that actually did the style looked so damn scared she knew but she had a child and didn’t make any money that day. Then the only said I’m going to call the police and I said call them. I stayed outside here shop then another lady said the owner wants me to leave from around her shop I said what happened to calling the police she sucked her teeth and closed the door in my face.
