I was looking to transfer my 4 lines from Boost Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile because Boost was really disappointing, and Metro had some great phone promotions. I visited this store, and Nick, the store manager there, was helpful but unfortunately had very limited stock. The only phones available were older TCL models with removable batteries. I specifically wanted the Samsung Galaxy A15.
Nick asked me to wait a couple of days, promising that he would make it worth my while with free cases for the phones. It sounded like a good deal, so I decided to wait and returned after four days. However, when I came back, the phones still hadn't arrived due to a delayed shipment. What’s strange is that they had about 30 phones on display, yet only had one type of cheap phone they tried to push on customers. It made me wonder how a business can operate effectively without having products available for sale.
While Nick was nice and tried to be helpful, I couldn't wait any longer. I ended up going to Total by Verizon, where I got the same phones I wanted from Metro, and the plan was actually cheaper—$120 compared to the $180 it would have cost me with Metro. In the end, it worked out better for me, but my experience at this store left me questioning their business practices.

Terrible service they said they would deliver my phone a week ago now there saying oh come pick it up from the store when they said they would deliver it so n I have to wait a week to g o pick it up because I'm always working

This store employees are very unprofessional, no clue to the meaning of customer service. My plan was to add another line on my account. Per manager, and I quote because of my plan I do not qualify for second phone for $30.00. Each line would cost me 53.00 each. All false. I guess I put a dent in his little scam when I question him. Very very nasty. For a manager his demeanor was like a rattle snake. That was my first time at that location, since I purchase my phone. Needless to say I reported him to customer service so whether anything was done about him I would never know. I also remind the guy in the store and customer service both that my money spends elsewhere also.

Lady in the store dosent know what she’s doing dosent know what she is talking about horrible experience didn’t help me with the problem I was having just wanted to pay bill she’s very rude lady with blonde hair needs to be fired customer service was bad had an attitude the entire time
