“What a wonderful place. While I was waiting on my prescription, a lady came in with complaints of pain in her knee. She had just had surgery. She asked the pharmacist where she could purchase an ice pack, and the pharmacist prepped and gave her one for free!! Kindness and compassion. You don’t get that at CVS or Walgreens.”

The orthopedic shoes are out of this world. “A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver. “After rite aid shut down, i was trying to look for a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and has everything covered. CVS tried to charge me $56 and a hour wait for my medicine. My friend told me about Jerry’s and i decided to go ahead and try them out. Super friendly customer service, i waited in the store for only like 15 minutes and i got my medicine covered, they gave me no issues at all unlike Walgreens and CVS. All the negative reviews need to relax a bit because it’s a family owned business not a chain, so just be a little more patient. :)”

“Ordered a rental wheelchair and then had to cancel before it was supposed to be delivered. Ordering and cancelation process was smooth and easy. Customer service was available on Saturday to handle my cancellation request; and they were friendly and professional. While we didn't end up using the service, very happy with our overall experience with this company. Would definitely use them again when the situation calls for it.”
