The absolute worst place to buy a car. Buying your first car should be memorable but my experience was far from that. The amount of scamming that goes on in this place should be enough to get this place shut down. I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed. Save yourselves and go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Save yourself the headache. Took them almost 4 months to get me my plates. Screened my phone calls. Had to get the better business bureau involved. Then i got my plates. Now they are dodging me again to avoid cloaing out my account with the gap insurance. Terrible place!

If I could, I would've given zero stars because they don't even deserve 1. This place (I refuse to call it a dealership) is a scam! They are extremely unprofessional and shady. My boyfriend was looking at a vehicle for 2 months and has gone to the dealership 3 separate times. 1st time: We left after being rudely told to move because they don't have any designated customer parking. 2nd time: After test-driving the car, their unprofessional saleswoman (Micaiah) told him he was wasting her time and paper because she's incompetent, inexperienced and couldn't properly explain the over $7,000 in fees added to the price. 3rd time: They wanted him to sit around waiting until they found a salesperson although he had an appointment with a specific person. They play a lot of shady games... like bombarding you with text messages, but you can never actually speak with someone on the phone. Everyone you communicate with claims they're a "manager" or "salesperson", but if you go and ask for them in person you're told, "Oh, that isn't a salesperson...". Whenever you call to speak with someone, everyone is always "in a meeting" and will call you back. Of course, you never hear back from them! After complaining about the rude saleswoman (Micaiah), we were told "She no longer works here..." only to see her on the third and final visit. They should be happy that anyone is purchasing vehicles here because if you look at CarFax, most of them have accidents and/or multiple owners, which are definitely red flags! Judging from the many negative reviews recently posted, we're not alone in having a bad experience with them. Save yourself the headache and give your business to a reputable company that values your time and money. There are too many dealerships on Rt. 22 to settle for such a subpar experience.
Edited to add: My name isn't in the records because I wasn't the person interested in any of your vehicles... as stated in the 4th sentence, my BOYFRIEND is the customer. I have accompanied him AND personally called the dealership and was subjected to the unprofessionalism and shadiness I spoke of.

I don’t even know where to begin with this truly awful establishment. I guess first things first they are the most unprofessional and rudest company I have ever dealt with. Correctional officers have better customer service than everyone in that business combined. But wait it gets better!!! They are liars and scammers!!! They claim to have a 3% service charge on credit card transaction yet when they run your card they will charge 3.5%!! Fun fact, lying about that fee is illegal in the state of New Jersey as of last year. What’s even better I didn’t use a credit card I used debit. Transaction fees on debit cards have been illegal in America for a long time now. When I tried to get my money back they said they weren’t going to do it till I informed they were criminals breaking the law then I was finally able to get somewhere and talk to a manager after being put on hold numerous times. Now this is about a week later I’m talking to the manger who continues to lie to me about how the credit transactions work. Manger said the chargers come straight from the company that process the cards. For anyone who doesn’t know how they work, the company any business uses to process cards will charge the business a fee the business has to pay from their own pocket now they can choose to add a service fee on credit cards only to pay that fee. After listening to the Manager lie I finally am told I can get my money back. I had to check in with them every day for almost 2 weeks because of how awful they are before I finally got my money back. Stay away from this business of criminals!!!
