Extremely disappointed, my daughter has been attending this daycare for almost 4 years, and while I initially hoped it would be a positive experience, it has been anything but that. The main issue stems from the Director, who is extremely rude, disrespectful and unreasonable. Her unprofessional behavior is the primary reason this daycare has received so many bad reviews.
Over the years, my daughter has had numerous incidents that highlight the lack of supervisor and care. she has been bitten by another student in her face, she has been hit by toys in her face. This level of aggression among the children indicated a serious lack of control and oversight from the staff. My daughter had also fallen due to the staffs not paying attention to her.
Moreover, my daughter has come home with dirty clothes, sometimes with poop on them, which is completely unacceptable. On one occasion, she even came home with her diaper hanging off her butt, put on backward. This kind of neglect is just careless.
The cleanliness of the facility is another major concern. The place is constantly dirty, and it's clear that maintaining a hygienic environment is not a priority for the management.
This brings us to my latest incident, which was the final straw. My daughter was kicked out of the daycare because her grandmother stood up to Ms. Tanya and told her off. Her EpiPen was expired, I was told this My Ms. Tanya the day before, I inform her I would take care of the situation. My daughter was taken to the daycare the next day and within 2 hrs. I was told I need to come and pick up my daughter from the daycare immediately. I expressed to Ms. Tanya that I am currently at work in NY and I would take me over 2 hrs to get her. I also informed her If she has told me that my daughter could not come back the next day I would of made other arrangements. Instead of handling it calmly and professionally, the director threatened to call child protective services if I did not pick my daughter up immediately. This kind of threat is not only uncalled for but also incredibly distressing for a parent.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed, I would strongly advise any parent to avoid this daycare and find a place where their child will be properly cared for and safe.

One of the worst places I ever had to drop my child off to. The Director had no manners or how to talk to people their policy does not benefit anyone place is infested with roaches and bedbugs very dirty and nasty area just like their employees The rating says it all it’s a three-point one for a reason and I expected to get lower. If you really care about your kid you would not drop them off here. There are 1000 places you can go to.

Love the receptionist and some teachers. It really is a learning daycare BUT the fact that my child was hit and I didn't get the chance to actually view the footage myself was it for me. I don't pay for my child to be abused.

I had great experience at Little bears…My daughter is one year and ten months old, she studies there and I can assure you that it is the best place… I love the kind and loving way they take care of the children. My daughter goes to school with a sparkle in her eyes and when she leaves I can feel in her smile that she had a good day.I am very grateful to have found that school..At little bear my money is not spent it is invested ❤️

My son attended Little Bears at two occasions. First during the Covid-19 pandemic when all public schools were closed and later for their Summer Program.Mrs Tanya was always very professional and had always understood the special individualized care my son needed and received his IEP. Her team of professionals were always there too, keeping the school running.

Honestly so far, I have not been here long but since the time of me bringing my son here, the director and her staff have walked me out of my fear of leaving my son with strangers ?. They show support, respect and love. They talk to others with respect, and they handle misunderstandings with grace. This is definitely a good place to leave your kids. They work with you. You can come see how your kid is doing at any time. They allow you to feel comfortable leaving out of there. It's truly awesome and that's the truth of the matter.

Previous review deleted, so here I go.My son attended this daycare 2019 and the experience there was horrible. The director Tanya is unscrupulous. She has is unworthy of running a business. She threatened to call Child Protective Services because of an EpiPen which was provided. This facility needs a new director. I’m so glad I took my son out of this daycare. The director has no class or sense of people skills.And I do agree with the other reviews. All they care about is money. I hope this daycare flourished with another director that has a better sense of caring for families and their children.

This place is absolutely horrible. Not only are they very unprofessional the director is rude and does not like children. Please don’t leave your children in her card. They also use state and government subsidies your their own personal leisure and threatens your kid from being removed if you and 3 days late on your payment. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!!!! I wish I listened to the reviews. They have a 2 rating it’s cheap for a reason.. Absolutely unprofessional!

My nephew was hit in the face by another child with a toy and left bloody until he was picked up & I have the pictures yet the incident report says they cleaned him up with soap and water . Also when told to defend himself cause clearly the school did nothing to punish the other child my sister was told that she can send him to another school , honestly handled terribly FEEL FREE TO RESPOND

I wouldn’t trust my kids anywhere else but here. They have the best staff and treat my babies like their own. Ms. Tanya is the absolute best. We need more day care teachers like her. Love you guys!

The director is very unprofessional and money hungry. Kept the baby there for 3 hours and did not feed him talking about a missing paperwork. Called my sister in law job threatening her about come pick him up. Terrible Service do not take your child there

Director is very unprofessional. My child was out of school for two weeks due to being sick. She still wanted the full tuition for those weeks. So I told them my child will be at school sick and all since I have to pay when she’s not there. I paid 180$ for the week we’re currently in. After I drop my child off at school they call me back to say come get her because nothing was paid on the tuition. The director called being ignorant saying if I didn’t come get my child she was going to call the cops and I would have to pick her up from the precinct. So I removed her from this daycare. I don’t want her in the hands of no one that will call the cops on her for money.

My daughter went here an not only would I call everyday to check on here they would always tell me she was fine one day I went to go an pick my daughter up after a full day and she had the pink eye her eye was shut with stuff in it they said she was crying a lot I told them if my daughter cry or w.e is bothering you call me and i will come get her no call they told me it probably just snot from her rubbing her eyes so I rushed my daughter to the hospital they said she had pink eye den a couple weeks later my daughter had a diaper rash wen she came home it was so bad that one it healed it started to heal an look like a burn mark last straw was wen I notice my daughter was dropping weight she had lost 3 pounds in a month an I couldn’t understand it she was perfectly healthy and wen she got home she would tear her food up please stay away from this place an protect ur kids the staff is rude an if the school is closed u still have to pay for that unsafe staff
