I love them but they’re prices went way up but sometimes they’ll work with you on what you can afford and that’s very generous of them I never been to a furniture store like them they’re big on family and helping out if and when they can do they’re great much love there ?

I don't even want to give A1 Furniture & Mattresses any score! As I write this review about A1 Furniture & Mattresses, anxiety comes over me again! My experience with this store was one that i would not ever want anyone to go through what I have experienced! I purchased a king size mattress, adjustable bed, head, foot and side board frames in April 2022! After several back & forth communications about when I should have received the furniture that I bought, I would receive lies and excuses as to why the bed frames were not delivered! I was delivered the mattress and adjustable bed in September 2022 which I had to put in my garage but eventually return to the store because I complained how unacceptable it was to have a mattress for months stored in MY garage without delivering the rest of the furniture. I tried to resolve this matter equitably as I asked A1 Furniture and Mattresses to either give me my money back or just deliver the furniture. We finally received the furniture in December 2022 (remember purchased in April 2022) but the head, foot and sides board frames were a different color than the furniture I previously purchased! They did not match the dressers and end tables and the foot board was damaged! I demanded that they take back the furniture and the mattress they delivered was clearly a used one! I was then told that the company they bought the furniture from would not take back so they would have someone paint the furniture! Totally unheard of so I had to send a letter from my attorney demanding that they replace the furniture with new furniture or give me my money back. The furniture was delivered a week after the letter from my attorney which I don't think the head board is new on February 25, 2023!The whole ordeal took 10 months to resolve and I am sending the short version of what I had to go through with this company! And to add insult to injury, my banister was destroyed by A1 Furniture & Mattresses while bringing in the furniture into my house!This company is terrible! I would never purchase anything else from them nor would I recommend anyone to them! A1 Furniture and Mattresses located in Hillside, NJ should close down because their business is awful! What a horrible experience that I had to go through!!!

I never leave reviews but I just had to say something about this place. This place was my savior I spoke to Muhammad and he was amazing I got this super comfortable pillow top 16 inch queen mattress with box spring a twin size bed with box spring and a two-piece sectional couch all for just $2,200 if you need any furniture bed or whatever for your home go here

All the good reviews fake paid reviews, all the bad reviews are genuine. I was also cheated these people are crooks and cheat, sell used and refurbished furniture and don't come to fix it . Don't buy from them , when you call them they get angry and are rude. Show some and delivery damage furniture. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS.

Muhammad is Always respectful and helpful. Over the years, This is the 3rd set of mattresses that I got from A-1.❣️ ! As a Senior I can't afford thousand $ dollar Mattresses. The Orthopedic mattress is Perfectly firm for my Back ❣️?

No respect for others people property. I think they sold me a used mattress. When I asked him was this the same one I was in the store opened he said no. However, the mattress was open just as they one.

This guy is a thief. They had the worse selection of furniture so i had to order everything i wanted. He took all my money and stopped responding about the delivery for my couch. Kept saying that it was going to take time for my delivery due to COVID and whatever nonsense and it’s been a year. Still no couch.
