I have been a regular daily customer since they opened the newer 711 across from dunkin. I am horrified at how rude they treat a regular customer with no care at all. I bought pre paid visa cards and was told by the cashier that I had to pay cash. I needed them to give to my kids for a school trip. I went home to activate the cards to find they were invalid. I went back within 15 minutes of purchase with my receipt and was told no refund. I tried to ask to talk to a manager. He called someone talked in another language and told me no refunds. Zero stars please.

They don’t even let you use the restroom wow how sad learn to have better customer service and for the guy working at counter work on that face you put when people ask you if you don’t have people skills or hate the job quit free advice for you

Stopped by to grab a couple of scratch offs. I prefer this 7/11 than the one father down the street leading towards Union. Quick service and the workers will greet you with familiarity when they recognize you.

Why does this place say open 24 hrs when it clearly Is not. This has happened more than once or twice. Also, let me point out that the staff is in there.

Multiple times I go here at 3am, and they are closed, the door in locked. So today the lady is behind the counter and I knock on the window and she give me the wrong are closed swipe under her chin. It’s 7-11, you guys are supposed to be open 24 hours 7 days a week! This has happened many times over!

They only care about money and it shows!!! As a business you’re employees is what helps you make money. Treat them with some respect! Why is it that I walk in the morning and the manager is yelling at them like dogs and YOU CAN see they are working hard for their coins!!! They are doing what they’re supposed to, why are you emotionally abusing them !!
