Brandon and Sky were super helpful in explaining what needed to be done to get them in working order and honest that certain parts wouldn't be worth replacing if they weren't working. They got both my guns up and running at a remarkably fair price. They were also super helpful in bringing me up to speed on how much paintball had changed since I last played. Great shop. Great people. They will be getting all of my future paintball business.”

“Love this place ! Been coming to Closeout Bats for years. They care about the customer not the dollar. Went late afternoon on a Friday & Garrett went above and beyond to fix my daughter's mitt to make sure she had it for Mondays tryouts. Even though he was extremely busy. Also they explained to my daughter there was nothing wrong with her bat & didn't need to spend the extra money on a new one. We did decided to buy it anyway so she has a backup bat. Best Place ever!!!”

“I was recommended by a friend, so I bought my very first gun at Davis, Ruger Mini 14. Price was very fair, on par with the cheapest you could find on the internet. I told them straight out it was my first gun. Tiffany (the owner) and her employees were EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. Made me feel right at home, like my best friend was helping me. Pointed me in the exact direction I wanted to go. I had originally went in for for a shotgun, but so glad, after our conversations, that I went for a semi auto. As a NYC resident, it’s the closest you can get to an AR. I wouldn’t had been able to participate in matches at my range on Staten Island with just a shotgun, which is what you need to become a member with a key. Matches are only with rifles or pistols. If for some reason anyone, like the commenters before, had an issue at the store or with a purchase, it’s because of the myriad of laws they have to deal with. TRUST ME, this a a damn great firearm and sports dealer. They have EVERYTHING. I was like a kid in a candy store there.”

“I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”
“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. The entire team made me feel extremely "welcome" & it was definitely an experience that I won't forget! I will definitely be back!”

“Forgot my sons baseball belt (far from home) and googled sports store in the area...Sports expert popped up and of course was worried about being disappointed and paying a crazy amount of money for a belt....BUT as soon as I walked in two people were right there to help me, they were beyond nice and I got the belt without breaking the bank!!! I would go out of my way to shop here!!! Nice to see a mom and pop store still around and saving the day!!!”
