Asked to have two batteries replaced in two watches. She gave back one after shaking it up and down and informed me it was an Echo watch. Daylight charges the battery as well as movement. It's a $40+ battery. The watch started working inmediatly. Who knew! The other one needed an $8.00 batteryVery honest merchant. Extreamly pleasant to do business with. Will go there again.

Friendly local jeweler in Hillsdale. Came here to get watch end links serviced and was treated to courteous and professional service from the owner, a skilled , friendly, buxom Russian woman. Convenient location and close to public transport and other northern valley towns. Will highly recommend.

I dropped off a titanium Swiss Army watch to get my battery changed. They didn’t put the battery in right or seal my watch properly. Because it started rusting and it broke. I also dropped off my tag Heuer watch. After I receive that back it was blinking like the battery was never changed. I sent to the tag Heuer. They told me the watch was broken. Thanks to this establishment they cost me $3000 worth of watches. Don’t walk away from this place run away. Then the nice customer service hung up on me after I was complaining.

Great place to shop for jewelry and nice trinkets at a reasonable price. The owner is trustworthy, very personable, never pushy. She takes the time with her clients to answer questions and gives her honest opinion when asked.
