I highly recommend Falasca's Auto Service Center in Hillsdale. I picked up a 3-inch screw in my tire. ETD had a several-hour wait, and I had no pickup available. So I went to Falasca's and was greeted by Carl, the owner. Carl removed the screw and plugged the tire while I waited. Easy as it should be. Thank you, Carl.

Overpriced. Dishonest. Slow. Quote that was given over the phone before they started repair was always different when I went to pick up the car and pay for it. It was always doubled. Don't go here. Period.

Overpriced, unprofessional and dishonest. Will never go back. Just want to share my story. Hopefully someone will read and not make the same mistakeI dropped my car off on a Sunday afternoon with an oil leak and was told to call at 8:30 min morning and an estimate should be ready.I call 8:30am Monday and the person who answers doesn't even know my car was brought in for service. So I let him know what my car was brought in for and he says they will get back to me.Still didn't hear back by 11 so I call back. I'm told they are still working on it and the other cars came in (which also annoyed me as they were clearly taking peopleWho came after me and servicing their vehicles befor mine)12:30. They give me an estimate of $650 which felt high, but i wasn't sure so I asked for a better price and they said they couldn't, but I had already missed an entire day od work so I agreed with the stipulation the car is done by 5:00. They agreedI google the services that were being done to find out they were indeed overcharging. Was pissed, but my fault for not researching more first12:45 literally 15 minutes after making an agreement they say that they have to get one of the parts fromA dealership and it is going to be more expensive. I tell them they are already overcharging me I won't pay more and I'll come get my car if it's an issue. They say they'll have the owner call meShocker, the owner doesn't call back. I call back at 1:30 cause I need to get my car somewhere else. The guyWho answer is the same one I talked to at 12:45. He's clearly mad. He agrees to honor the $650 price, but now was not promising the car would be ready at 5:00 and just by his time I could tell it was completely out of spite. He also said several times I the conversation "well we have your car" like he was implying they could hold it hostage or something...it was really weirdSo I replied again if they can't get the car to me at the already agreed upon time I'll come get the car. They agree to have the car by 5. Again guy on phone clearly pissed.To the credit they did have car ready by 5. I spoke with the owner when I called this time and he was much more professional than the other guy I spoke with. Thanked me for my patience etc.Then when I go to pay they add a "4% credit card fee", which just so happened to be the amount they were trying to increase the bill by on the 12:45 call. I felt like the guy was scamming me, not sure if they charge that fee to everyone or not, but It felt like b******** I just paid it and wanted to get out of there by that point.The least I could do is share my story. They have been in business a long time, the owner seemed like a decent guy, but i strongly suggest going someplace else. I will literally never go there again...nothing positive about the experience at all.

Anything BUT friendly. Bobby did NOT tell me he was going to call the owner for me, he strictly told me I can only pay for services the next morning (I work DIRECTLY next door, literally the parking lot next door) if I picked my car up the next morning. However when he spoke to my FATHER and my FATHER asked if I can make payment the next day he said yes. I came as an emergency, now I wouldn’t even go for their free air for the tires because I’m so disappointed.
