On the phone they had the part, then didn’t have it when I got there. Kid behind the counter was incredibly arrogant with an attitude. He threw together some small pieces that might make up the part I needed, charged me cash and pocketed what I paid him.

Had a great experience at Durie. Whenever I walk into the shop I am welcomed and assisted with everything I need. I had to replace my lawnmower and the owner himself took the time to explain which lawnmower was best for my needs & how to maintain it. What an angel. I love supporting a local business. Whenever I’d enter this establishment I would feel very uncomfortable because of the people who work there, I’d drop parts off for my husband who is a business owner and the people who work there weren’t very helpful and acted very snobby and entitled, specifically a male who claims to be the owner of this place. Instead of being informative and helpful they de-humanize you by making you feel stupid for asking for help! Do not give this place any business, do yourselves a favor and go to Precision Lawn Mower in Nanuet NY, you’ll encounter helpful and kind people who actually want to help and do not belittle you.

Don’t go here. I’m telling you. You’ll regret it. Owner is rude and depressed and hates his life and will talk to you with so much disrespect. I’ve spent thousands there as a business owner and Precision mower in nanuet is much better. Don’t go here!!

They really need someone who knows the basics of business and websites. Their site says they are open on Monday, yet when I went there, they were closed. This was not because of the super bowl, but their regular hour sign on the door. As a homeowner, I don't go there every day, so today was a complete waste of time. Terrible business practice.

I like to do repairs myself. But could not find parts. Went to durie and they looked up parts and had them in stock. I am extremely happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Refused to warranty a machine because I didn’t buy it from them. I’ve spent about 12k over the last 2 years there. I’m never going back there.
