Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I began suffering from sever mental illness about a year ago and they’ve been very understanding and helpful. I always have a question for the pharmacist and he’s always completely helpful. I even bring my husband there when he almost needed stitches and they walked us through how to fix it ourself with glue and butterfly bandages.
People will write bad reviews based on a doctor not calling in an RX or just plain ignorance. Wonderful pharmacy and staff
UPDATE- I still love them. They always give me emergency refills and never let me go into withdrawals. Always very kind and to the point. Great pharmacy and I’m lucky I ended up going with them. Very grateful.

They should put the price label in the right shelf. What a mess. The staff can be nicer and more polite.

Awful pharmacy. My dr sent a prescription over 3 days ago and they said they haven't received it. The one pharmacy tech is always rude. I'm not sure why they keep her. As soon as I can I am switching pharmacies

There is something about this specific location. The other walgreens I've gone too have been great experiences. The pharmacy is run by what appears to be highschool kids or young 20's somethings who would rather talk and giggle to each other than help the several people standing in line. The pharmacist in charge seems to just want to do what she can do with filling prescriptions while the rest of the kids just goof off and let the line continue to accumulate.Get your meds filled somewhere else.

This is a group of people who are the most unfriendly team we have ever had to do business with and we continue because they are the only Large Pharmacy in town that keeps medication stocked so it forces a relationship with this group.Try Montgomery CVS, every pharmacist, manager and staff are friendly, polite and most of all helpful.

This is NOT a pharmacy, I don't know what business they are in but they can't seem to keep most common prescription meds in stock and will never call you or even bother to mention when you call in that something is out of stock. Complete waste of time and suffering waiting for your mon-existent meds. This place is only decent if you're shopping for overpriced cosmetics or junk food.

Shout out to Tracy who is the beauty consultant at Walgreens on Ri. 206- Rader blvd in Hillsborough, NJ. She helped my sister & I with beauty products, applications, colors etc. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Thank you Tracy!

Clueless is the best way to describe the pharmacy. Long wait times just to pick up a prescription and you better not have any questions as that will send these bricks into a tailspin. It's a scary thought that these guys actually are allowed to dispense medication and advice. These PharmD's actually have the gall to question patients about their prescription needs that have been ordered by a physician. Keep placing the customers lives at risk by pretending you know what you're doing.

Walgreens is horrible. I got a flu shot and COVID booster at Walgreens. I received a $ 10 coupon. I didn't realize the coupon expired after 2 weeks. Who does that ? Not only that getting the shots was not a good experience. Also, the only way to communicate with them is using snail mail and it costs you a stamp. The letter would probably end up in the circular file. Never going there again.

30 minutes on hold to reach a pharmacist to call in an Rx that was fairly urgent... I advise all my patients to find a CVS near them. It's pretty clear that Walgreens needs to be bought by another company, they just cant' get their act together and their stock price reflects the mess they are making of their company.

Today, I got service from this rude Walgreen's staff. I don't know his name but he is a young black man who was rude to me today when he assumed that I (a customer) would know immediately that without myself being told, that the one staff was still in training with the photo area who was working alone in the photo area and another staff, who walked by a few minutes later (past the area), would be a staff who could help me. This rude Walgreen's staff (black young man) said to me in an annoyed tone in his voice, that you (me, the customer) would immediately would known that this other staff passing by, would be a staff to help me at the photo area. This rude staff person kept making assumptions. Additionally, in many times (15 plus) in the past, when this young black man has been the cashier at the register for me, he got annoyed at me in his voice, that how come I cannot read nor do any action on the register customer screen while his employee cashier screen shows screen information at least 1-2 minutes ahead of the customer screen. He makes me very uncomfortable as a customer when I don't have a choice other than him as a cashier. I am not racist at all. Even some of the staff in the pharmacy area also get annoyed at me in their voices, that how come I cannot read nor do any action on the register customer screen while their employee cashier screen shows screen information at least 1-2 minutes ahead of the customer screens.

Went straight from RWJ Walk In Clinic so I expected to have to wait for my rx. Checked in at pharmacy counter and was told 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes, a woman at the pharmacy counter asked what I was waiting for. She said, "Oh, that's been done" and took it out of a bin and rung me up. I asked why I wasn't called when it was done since I said I would be waiting. Her response "well there is more than one of us here so you probably talked to someone else" Then she tossed my bag on the counter and walked away. As an aside, the cashier at the front of the store was nice.
