Horrible… I wish there is a way to give -5 stars. I am extremely disappointed with this nail salon my daughter wanted to get her acrylics off and the person at the cashier told my daughter (14 yrs old) it would take 20-25 minutes. She confirmed since she had to get to her game practice. They took 1 hour and 30mins to take it and did a bad job. She still has gel left on her nails corner. To add it to delay they demanded gratuity from her. They forced us to tip when they clearly did not deserve one. They were understaffed, completely disrespectfully, ill mannered. No courtesies. Never going back there. Lee behaved really bad.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pedicure I received was fantastic, especially for the price. My feet feel amazing!
However, I was very disappointed with the manicure. The acrylic nails (which ended up costing $135) were lumpy and uneven. The nails on one hand are also longer than those on the other. Overall, I felt that this service didn't justify the cost.
Because of this, I would definitely return for another pedicure, but absolutely would skip the acrylics next time.

The manner in which the owner interacts with clients is so unprofessional and disrespectful it’s mind boggling. She acts like people are stupid and don’t realize when she’s talking about them with other technicians in her language. But then again, she has no problem outright ridiculing you either, which is what’s shocking. I can’t believe the owner of a business would have such egregiously poor customer service skills.

I truly wanted to like this place but it did not work out for me. It’s been a while since I got my nails done and wanted to try them because it’s close to work. My pedicure was not relaxing at all and it felt rushed. They didn’t even clean well and you can still see the previous polish I had before. As for my nails i really wanted to like them but when I got home I really looked at them and they were all kinda towards the left. They were not the length I asked for initially but I let it go cause they grow and eventually will be the length I want. But then 3 days later they all started to fall off one by one and now less than a week later I’m left with about 4 nails on total. I’m not here to tell people not to go there because everyone has a different experience. I did give the salon 2 starts because they are friendly and the salon is very clean. As for any service unfortunately I will not be back.Services: Nail extensions

First experience having my nails done here. 10/10! The entire atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. This is probably one of THE cleanest salons I've ever been to. Beautiful job on both my pedicure and gel manicure (which lasted 2 weeks before chipping at all!). Prices are fair. Can't wait to go back!Services: Pedicure

First every pedi with my lady and it was quite nice. Didn't get cut, shea butter was real and not just a cream. We'll be back for the ocean style pedi next!
