Went in to return package that was already prepaid by Macy’s… they said they would charge $ to print the label. So this made much sense to me pay $ for a prepaid label. I said nope and went across the street at mailbox business center where they accept UPS packages, they didn't ask questions, printed label and put it on package and gave receipt in minutes. Just go there don’t waste your time here I saw similar reviews to mine after the fact.

They said Scanner didn’t work and i was asked to cancel the QR code and change the Amazon return to label. After i did that i was asked a dollar for print out. Also the person now at the counter is rude.

The young man at the counter is rude, cold and I would never come to this store again, unless Amazon is twisting my arms.Amazon changes policy and made me to return through UPS store. I have the original Amazon brown box, not taped, the original product box (closed and taped) and bringing to this UPS store. He gave me a very harsh comment and repeated that this should be customer packed, per Amazon. He could have stated in a polite way, since this is new Amazon policy. And literally it only needs a line of tape to close the brown box only.I only goes to Mailbox Store Hillsborough. The staff there are super friendly and helpful.I will be reconsidering Amazon orders if it forces me to return at UPS store.

The kid is quoting me 2x the actual price for the second time already. First time I went ahead and shipped the items as it wasn't a huge deal ($50), but the second time when I was trying to ship a watch, he quoted me $750, where on the UPS website the same shipping was $350. I then went to a store in Bridgewater and paid $350 indeed.Be careful everyone

The person on front is absolutely of no help , you might think he will answer common questions but not he t even look at you when you asked ,he completely ignores costumers

Obnoxious and rude. This is my third experience at this store where this young man spoke to you as if he was doing you a favor. The cherry on top was him picking his nose as I walked in. So, I declined to take the receipt. During the transaction, He was intentionallyrude and gave me a hard time with a smirk. In addition, one of my packages did not reach Amazon. Therefore, I have to go back there, I dread it. Please give me the patience to deal with him. From the reviews I'm not the only one :(.

Very bad experience. The front desk boy has so much attitude and very rude.This is third time I went and every time he talks very rudely. Someone should teach some manners to this boy.

Worst Customer Service, the staff was rude. Behaving as if he was doing me a favor. Management please take note and take corrective measure
