My experience with Quality Auto was so warm. I was facing so many issues with my car, my Warantee, my money, and Cristian and Frank out the QUALITY in quality auto. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure both me AND my car were set. The lengths they went to make sure I was helped, as well as informed and back on the road was incredible no matter how long it took. I’ll most definitely be coming back! Thank you guys! Keep being iconic!

John LaRue has been my go-to mechanic for 35 years, and my cars run for 20. He is fair, honest, really knows cars, and what is critical for me, trustworthy. Absolutely no rip-offs of single women!! I followed him from Princeton to Hillsborough and would drive however long it takes to get his expert diagnosis and service.

I called them and told my car is making noise coming from front side may be wheel bearing, how much you charge? They told me bring your car will check and let you know. I took my car to them, and before handing over key I told them it's a courtesy check? They said yes. And after getting quote while I went to get back my car they are asking labor charge for 1/2 hr. Which they never explained or told. 1st and last visit. I will not recommend as there are confusion in talking , I am doubting on after work how they will behave!! I lost my whole day without car and on top I had to pay!!! Big NO NO.

I love Quality Auto. They are a small honest business. I have seen people try and push them around, be extremely rude to the staff and constantly try and get stuff for free. To those people I say… GET A LIFE…. You don’t have to spend money if you don’t want to…. But blaming professionals because your cars are garbage isn’t going to help you…. I recommend EVERYONE go to Quality Auto…. Very good people. Remember it gets you no where to be a rude dishonest person… and lie on a small businesses name…. This place will always be the best in the business. John knows more about cars and how to fix them than anyone I have ever met. Keep in mind… it always pays to be a kind truthful person… if you want the truth give your business to Quality Auto. They WILL take care of you.

I got my BMW’s brake and rotor replacement done by them. Not only were they fast but great pricing. They also fixed up my splash guard and did a great job with it. Definitely recommend availing their service.

The best!!! Quality Auto is HONEST! I will never go anywhere else. The shop as well as the waiting area are extremely clean! I recommend Quality Auto to everyone! They will fix any problem you have.

These guys ARE my place to go for car service from now on!Competent, courteous and HONEST. They check the problem out, tell you in plain English what they found and don’t do unnecessary work.Advised me on follow up and charges were fair and reasonable. So glad to find them.., where I will go from now on!Couldn’t recommend them more strongly!?

The staff was friendly the shop was clean and pleasant. But the owner had a dislike for my warranty he talked bad about using a warranty. I tried to tell him my warranty company was a good company, but he didn'twant to hear it. So I was charged $153 dollars for sitting in waiting room from 10am-2:30 pm. I ask for an oil change didn't get that I know it didn't take an hour to place decive in the car to read the same code as Advance Auto parts do for free. If you have a warranty don't go to this shop. If you don't they will take better care of you cash rules I will RATE this shop a 3 they seem to be great shop ,but not for vehicles with warranties I feel I was over charge for this service I quess was charged for them talking to my warranty company. I paid $153 dollars for waiting to see what the warranty company would do my car wasn't service

Quality Auto is a small business and does great honest work. Before I started writing this I saw that there was a new one star review about tire prices. @Mateusz are you seriously going to give a one star review because of that? Also it is HILARIOUS you talk about competition when Quality Auto HAS NO COMPETITION. You are just mad because you don't want to spend any money. If you want to go sit in a dirty showroom with an even dirtier shop please go ahead. You and any other person who leaves a one star review on a small busniess will get the karma and social embarrassment you deserve. do better as a person. I want everyone who see's this to know that Quality Auto is the best shop around.

Car died at a laundromat and met Cristian there. He told me about the auto shop he works for and to bring it in and they’ll get it back to life. Cristian made me feel better that moment and brought my car in the next day. Once I got there, they treated me like I was the only customer in the store. They went through their diagnostics and told me everything that needed to get done for my car. Cristian worked with me the entire time since I was on a budget. He got me fresh, new tires and got my car back on the road safely. My car is starting to feel like it’s reliable self again. Also, met the owner and daughter. Both were wonderful and so welcoming. Thank you Quality Auto Truck in Hillsborough for your services, wonderful employees and an amazing owner. Appreciate what you all did for me. You gained a customer for life. Thanks again!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. First time customer for tire services and oil change. Very pleased at the work, turnaround time, and great pricing. Definitely will be back!
