My 1 year old daughter has been enrolled at Primrose for 3 months so far and it has been an excellent experience. The staff and management are caring and professional and I’ve never doubted my daughter is in good hands. She smiles and reaches for her teachers every morning when we drop her off. The school is also highly communicative, holds frequent events, and overall seems to be working hard to foster a sense of community. Highly recommended.

As an employee, this is the best place that I have worked. I've been working in daycare for 20 years. Owned my own, "at home daycare'. The owners are hands on, daily. I love this place! It just has a family vibe. ?☺

I Have been sending my son here since last year . My son has now graduated from the Pre-k class. Their curriculum is amazing. My son has learned so much since he has started here. They have wonderful activities and entertainment for the children. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone here at Primrose is very helpful,nice, professional, and caring. At this school you really feel like you are a part of the family at Primrose. This is probably the best daycare/school I have sent my child so far. I Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to send their child to a great school .

As a first time Mom back in 2021, I was SO nervous about who I would trust to take care of my baby when it was time to head back to work right before he was 5 months old. This Primrose location was brand new at the time, and I was put at ease from our very first Zoom call with the owners. From his very first day there it has been a wonderful experience and they always treat us like family. To say my son is thriving would be an understatement and I truly believe we have the Primrose staff to thank for that. We recently have been in the market for home buying and my one criteria (other than a big yard) was staying close enough to not have to switch schools! Our daughter will be starting in July and I can’t wait to see her grow there alongside her brother :)Thank you for all you do!The Lugo Family

It's a very clean, well organized space, where a lot of thought is given to materials, toys and placement decisions. The administration is easy to reach, highly professional and committed to doing their best. There were many exciting, small group (COVID and flu season safe) extra activities for the children and families. Teachers are responsive and professional. Prepared food has been a great addition for our picky eater.

THE BEST SCHOOL IN TOWN!If you are like me, you are looking all around town to try to find the best learning environment for your child. Look no further! Primrose School has been a wonderful experience since the moment we walked right in. We had previously sent my child to another school in town, and he had a terrible experience there in just his first one week. We were hesitant to try to find another school for him. I am so glad we chose to check out Primrose.You can tell immediately how much everyone truly cares about your child and the school. The school grounds are immaculately kept and still have a warm cozy feel to it. This isn’t like your typical “day care” center, it is curriculum based and your child is going to learning so much each day. You also get lots of updates to know exactly what is going on in your child’s day.As a parent with a child with a food allergy, it is important to feel comfortable when sending them to school. Primrose takes food allergies seriously and makes sure that your child is safe. I do not have to worry about him being fed anything he is not supposed to have.Everyone at Primrose takes the time to know your child and make them have the best experience going to school. If you want your child to have a great education and experience, I recommend sending them to Primrose. I am confident they will have an amazing time!

Have been sending my child here since the day the opened and love it. Their curriculum is amazing. My daughter has learned so much in such a short time. They have wonderful activities and entertainment for the children. It’s convenient, and the staff is amazing! So accommodating,nice, professional, personable and caring. You really feel like you are a part of the family at Primrose. Hands down the best daycare/school I have sent my child thus far. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to send their child to a top notch school.

Our Primrose FamilyEven though our little one has only attended the Primrose School for a month, we feel like Primrose staff and students have become part of our family. The owners have done a fantastic job hiring well-qualified teachers who treat our son with such warmth and compassion. Each day when we drop off our son he is excited to jump into the arms of his teachers. Everyone in the school has bonded with our son in a special way. During the day, we receive continuous updates about the things he is learning and pictures of him interacting with his Primrose friends. Since my son is only 8 months old, I am eager to see updates about each part of his day. I never have to guess whether he had a nap during the day or figure out the last time he ate. All of that information is continuously shared throughout the day. Our Primrose Family puts us at ease everyday when we drop him off. We know that our little one is happy, stimulated, and being taken care of. The other thing we love is that the Primrose School is SPOTLESS. Each crib, play area, and common area is thoroughly cleaned each night. We also appreciate the brief interactions we have had with other parents to date. Considering we researched all the top schools for infant care in the area, we feel confident that we made the right choice to join the Primrose Family.

This school is built on the right foundation and fundamentals! My son was going to school for first time and was very hesitant about leaving his parents to go away for part of the day. We had tried a different school in town but had a rough experience. Primrose opened their arms to my child, made him feel comfortable, made my wife and I feel comfortable and ultimately was a decision that I never second guessed! The attention to detail, the level of care they have for each child , the responsiveness they have towards their community and parents was superb. This is not just a “day care” facility as some people may think, this was a curriculum based learning that within the short time my son has been there actually was learning new things. I applaud the ownership, the teachers and staff because they have made this school in town that is something really special and hasnt been matched by anyone else that I have seen!

By far the best childcare option in or around Hillsborough! We toured multiple schools and pulled our son from Kindercare the second Primrose opened. Why you might ask? Well we had a really hard time finding a school we felt comfortable with…they were either clearly cutting corners to make more money or excellent directors working in older facilities. We had never heard of Primrose but decided to do a virtual tour and it was really clear this was seriously outstanding childcare. Maybe the closest equivalent is Goddard who just doesn’t keep the same standards of no screens etc. perhaps Stellar if you child is older. We came down to feeling it was worth the extra money to get THE BEST.Also, our son has severe food allergies and they (and I really mean every staff member) are so invested in his safety. You have full access to the teachers via the app we’ve had conversations with the chef as just normal communication nothing special to hear from them. Our son is also more naturally non-verbal and they really do teach them signs that have also helped him learn to talk.Again, best school in Hillsborough by far and will very soon be the top kindergarten option in the town if the public school remains half day. So I would suggest anyone looking get in now before there’s a waiting list :)

The best decision we have ever made was to enroll our daughter into primrose. My daughter loves school again and it’s all thanks to Primrose. My husband and I wanted to move our daughter out of her previous daycare for many reasons, she wasn’t learning, they were short staffed and my bubbly, fun loving 3 year old at the time just cried every time we walked in the door (she was never like that) so we knew it was time to switch her immediately. We heard primrose was opening up and just the entire vibe of that first phone call was amazing. They were actually more interested in learning about my daughter than trying to get her enrolled in the school. My daughter is now 4 and wakes up every morning excited to go to school. She learns so much and it’s truly amazing how I see her growing and learning every day from all the things she does at primrose. Their curriculum is out standing and really enriches her. She loves everything from art to science and they also make sure the kids are developing in their friendships, manners and kindness which I absolutely love! The staff is a dream come true. Not only is my daughtersTeacher amazing at what she does, but my daughter absolutely adores her and the rest of the staff. Other teachers and staff know my daughter by her first name and always make us feel so welcomed every single day we walk in. Everyone is so kind and I have never felt more comfortable having someone else watch my child and make sure she learns and grow while me and my husband have to work. This is not like any other daycare/school I can guarantee you that. I wish primrose of Hillsborough was open when my daughter was a baby, so we could have had this amazing experience even sooner! I’m not really sure what we are going to do after kindergarten because my daughter absolutely loves her school and does not want to leave. I highly recommend considering enrolling your child here. If you want a lovely staff you can trust to help your child thrive and feel so loved and appreciated, you need to send them to primrose of Hillsborough.

In my experience as a parent, Primrose has offered a warm and nurturing environment for my pre-k kid to practice social skills. The staff has offered engaging learning activities based on academic standards, a spotless facility, thoughtful COVID protocols, clear communication, frequent daily updates, and nutritious meals that have expanded my child’s tastes. After touring multiple facilities in town and agonizing over where to send our child, we made the decision to enroll on the spot and are so glad we did. The care and thoughtfulness we have experienced have been truly outstanding!

We have enrolled our daughter at this location of primrose since the moment they were open. I have to say that it was one of the best decisions that my husband and I have made for our daughter. We absolutely love the owners, the director and the amazing teachers. We couldn't have thought of a better daycare/school for our daughter to attend. The facility is kept very clean, they provide amazing nutritious meals/snacks each day and they carefully follow all the latest safety measures and precautions for COVID-19. Throughout each day we are provided with a thorough update on what my daughter's day is like. We get notifications on her meals, naps, activities and not to mention the numerous photo's & videos. We love to see that our daughter is so well taken care of and always so happy from the moment she is dropped off until the moment she is picked up. Primrose has become a second family for us and we are truly grateful!

Excellent decision we have made put my son in this school. Very neat and clean, excellent staff, teachers. Love the friendly environment. Love the vibes inside the school. I feel like my son will have a good time ahead in this school.I request all other parents to consider this school for their child for their initial brain development rather than use other hillsborough local daycares.

Hi, My experience with them is they r highly inflexible and the management is all messed up. Lack of communication among the staff members and owners. Surprised by seeing some positive reviews, No wonder if they r the paid ones!
