A critter chewed my gas line and the OEM replacement took a while to arrive. Joe was honest and up front about the ETA of the part arrival and the repair timeframe. They kept my car safe inside their shop for this time period since it had to be towed in. The scope of the job was massive just to replace the fuel line system and Joe was up front about the process and labor cost. When the check engine light came on after the repair, the guys found another critter hole in the evap line and did a repair for no additional charge. All in all, the whole situation was really annoying (having to wait for the part and finding more critter damage) however Joe and Mike kept things going in a positive way and made sure the car was right again and communication was solid.
Watch those squirrels out there!

Joe really helped us out in a pinchWe had a coolant hose break at 7 pm by his shop on one of our work vans and we are located about 45 minutes away.We left the van there , he fixed it the next morning first thing and we picked it up that day.Thanks for the fast, honest service Joe!

Extremely polite and professional. Owner and technician care more about the customers needs than top dollar. Efficient, honest and thorough service. Women need not worry about being ripped off. Treated with upmost respect. Neighborhood station I would go to again in a heartbeat.
