Unfriendly customer service policies
1) Online orders now require you to multiple locations to pick up your order.What a pain in the you know where
a) All the way back of the store for self pickups
b) All the way to the front of the store for others
2) Extremely restrictive coupon policies - cannot use it on most brand items except for white labelled Kohls products and a few limited brands. The dishonesty goes even further..you cannot see the excluded brands on the website. The vast majority of items in the store are EXCLUDED. This itself makes me want to shop less in the store and close out my Kohls card. I've been a member since mid-2000's (MVP member for most of the years).
3) Store is disorganized..several items had no price tags (or blank electronic tags) which made it a pain to bring it to the register and then having to make an instant decision. In most cases, I opted to not purchase the item. Now the cashier (or someone else) has to return the item to the correct location. Wouldn't it have been easier to have the prices labelled and/or install price scanners in the store?

Keisha at Customer Service checkout was very professional, friendly and helpful. She took time to explain the Kohl’s Cash and Rewards as well as which of my items were eligible for the 20% discount I had received in the mail. She also greeted me cheerfully with , “Hello, How are you today”.
