destroyed my nails taking off gel extensions. she used a business card to scrape them off and took half my nail with them. bled for days and was so. sensitive. she knew i was hurting and just told me to hang in there instead of an alternate solution. never going back!

I'm giving two stars for a few reasons, first my pedicure and gel manicure were fine. That wasn't the problem. The problem was it was completely unorganized. I was moved around from table to table, had two different women complete two different parts of my nails... one women did the base coat, then another filed, then another and so on.... Another thing is when I sat down to get my manicure after my pedi, she started buffing my nails on a completely dirty surface from the previous client... (the women apologized and cleaned it up halfway through)... Also one of the curing lights was broken so I had to move to another table again.... They close at 6 on Saturday's and at around 5 this sweet girl came in (no older than 17) to get her gel extensions removed, the women yelled at her saying that they can't do this and made the poor girl completely uncomfortable, myself included... then the women rips out a business card and started swiping her nails off while the girl is obviously in pain. I literally had to go out of my way and ask if she was okay. As an older sister this was painful for me to watch. Before I left I asked if she was okay being alone in there..,. idk , if all of that didn't happen I wouldve given more stars but for a gel mani and regular pedi I'm spending 87$? Kinda loco when the customer service was not great.

Got acrylics , she missed half my nail it looks like they are already growing . Shape isn’t good . And so expensive not worth it , no skill at all and very rushed

Was extremely rushed and got charged 85 dollars for an acrylic set. I usually get my nails done for 45-50 this place overcharges so much. One of the nails were applied crooked and I’m overall very dissatisfied with the service and the nails. Don’t go here.Service: Acrylic nails

Great first time walk in experience. Wanted a quick pedicure. But since it’s 25 degrees outside I asked how much more for a gel polish pedicure. I was told an extra $20. Not worth it. So my feet just froze in the flip flops I brought. But otherwise the pedicure was great!Service: Pedicures

I see Sue for my nails. Booked an appointment for my sister and I two weeks ago, I scheduled my sisters appointment with mine two days before the appointment and she still squeezed her in which was great, my sister loved her gel set and I also really loved mine. One of my nails broke but this was due to my work. The rest of the set stayed on till my next appointment which is tomorrow after two weeks. My sisters set is still in great shape just going in for fill ins. Sue is great she was amazing when it came to design of my nails and helped me decide which shades to use for what I was going for. She has an eye and actually cares about what she does for her client and I really appreciate that. She also made my younger sister feel beautiful which is why I lll probably keep coming back here ! Def see Sue for your gel set! I also have to mention I am male and she was very welcoming and accommodating in doing my gel acrylic nails, she made me feel comfortable and didn’t treat me any different than any other customer.
