I’ve been a member at this gym for a little over a year now and can honestly say it’s a great facility. A little on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for and Pinnacle has a lot to offer compared to cheaper gyms in the area. I’ve trained at various Retro Fitness gyms around the state for years prior to joining Pinnacle, but got tired of the after work crowd and having to wait to use equipment. I’m typically a 6am workout person, but I have come to Pinnacle after work several times during the week for a quick workout. Aside from children coming in for activities with parents, I can’t say I’ve experienced a real crowd or have had to really wait to workout with any equipment. I hope it stays this way lol

Had an opportunity to work with TJ (personal trainer) while my usual trainer is unavailable. I highly recommend TJ. He was knowledgeable about knee pain and was able to incorporate different exercises on the spot that could help to strengthen my knee. I appreciated his pace and listening skills to my needs.

Wonderful gym with access to pool & racquetball on a reservation system. Group classes led by great instructors and cover a variety of different workout interests.

Good facilities but costly. Premium membership comes with childcare facilities, but childcare is only available from Monday to Thursday & no support from Friday to Sunday when mist of the working people would like to access the gym.

It is a great place for fitness. They have a pool a gym racquetball courts and fitness classes like yoga. A good thing i like exceptionally is that you can book lanes for the pool so there is no wait. A great place highly recommended.

Their swimming classes are a joke. Zero training rendered and even the pool is dirty and poorly maintained. Instructors seem very partial to white kids and all attention is towards them eventhough they show least interest in learning. Others are neglected irrespective of how much interest they have.

Pinnacle Health & Fitness is an amazing fitness club for my family and I. We joined last fall and found the club really well managed and staff very helpful and always eager to assist. Especially love the pool and instructors. My 6 year old is not a good swimmer, yet, but the instructors have been very patient with her and have really helped her develop and build her confidence in the pool. We couldn't be happier especially with summer around the corner. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

I have worst experience with front desk and overall facility. I signed up this week for a premier membership with 2 additional adults. First they did NOT mentioned about one time registration fees which is same amount as first month fees of ~ $200 and later when I inquired if there is any other hidden fees associated, they said yes it’s annual maintenance fees which is $30 for each person annually. So if 4 adults and 2 kids are added it’s $180. Question is why not cover maintenance in monthly fees of more than $200 plus taxes you are taking each month. After signing up, my kids wanted to go into kids club. It was 6:30 pm and she said kids club is not accepting new kids as our kids club needs one hour prior notice to get your kids into it. I said ok with confused mind still thinking of all new rules never heard of before and registered for kids club and racket ball court for next day.Next day with more bigger and important priorities of life, I forgot the time I registered for kids club, I think it was 5:30 pm and hit the gym with kids around 6:30 pm but before that I got 2 notifications, “Credit card alerts”. They charged No show fees at kids club, charge of $10 each. I was like seriously what is this facility. Gym or some money making machine. I requested at front desk to wave the No show charge, give a warning or two like lifetime does for group classes and at least now that kids are here, get them in. She denied saying their kids clubs hours are very flexible and they are gone for the day since you did not show up. I mean then why am I paying for Premier Membership fees. I mean come on, rough experience with front desk and other facilities overall at this facility. Honestly I will stay away and advise you all to stay away from this facility If this continues.——————————————————————-Update: May 6th 3023. Nycole was kind enough to address all my concerns and resolve the issues currently. I believe we are liking the services provided by the facility and starting to enjoy the working out here. Thank you Nicole for addressing all the issues so far. Looking forward to meet you soon.Hence updating the rating as well.

Enrolled my toddler here for spring swimming. Instructor to student ratio is like 1:6.. today the instructor was so late and class didn’t start 10 mins past but they end it exactly at pre-decided time. So the 30 mins class reduced to 20?! not to mention the bad teacher student ratio is already hindering the actual training time. Can’t wait for the program to end and I will never turn back to this facility..*** Update ***The aquatics director reached out to me and made it right not just for me but entire class. I have updated the overall rating based on their actions.Based on later classes putting them back at 1 star.. I stick with my original statement of not recommending their 6 week classes which are total waste and 0 swim time. My daughter has been in the pool for 20 mins with only 1/2 minute swim time and observing instructor wooing fellow student and persuading them to swim.. wow really?

My fiancé have known the Pinnacle team for years. HRC OG’s. We’ve volunteered at their 5k events and helped out any way we could. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you to the staff and management for providing such excellent service!

My children are both very strong swimmers who learned at Pinnacle. My 7-year-old recently completed 10 private lessons with Sam Duarte. Our goal was to prepare for a YMCA swim team tryout. At the start of her lessons, she knew two strokes (freestyle and backstroke). By the end, she had added one more (breaststroke) and significantly improved her form in the other two. She was well prepared for her tryout and made the team! I couldn't believe how quickly she learned and improved with Sam, who is very patient and great with kids (they love him) but also definitely knows how to get results. He also worked with us to squeeze extra lessons into our last two weeks before the tryout, once I realized the tryout would be sooner than expected. Big shout out to Karen Stadtmueller, Director of Aquatics, for pairing my daughter with Sam and responding very quickly to my request for lessons.
