Christina was so professional and pleasant and talk to and work with. I live out of state but needed a last minute birthday surprise for my boyfriend and Christina made this happen for me complete with delivery on a day when her shop would typically be closed. She was willing and able to work accordingly with me on his changing schedule of when he would be home to accept the delivery. Thank you so much to Christina and her family for making my man’s birthday a little brighter! It is very much appreciated.

The best sweets. The atmosphere was so nice. The staff were super nice and very helpful. The only thing I wish they had were tables so I could sit in the beautiful atmosphere.

The food is really good and the staff is super nice. They have a large variety of sweets to choose from and even plus hies to buy. Highly recommend this place!

I came here a few days ago to order a cake and the owner wasn’t there so I left my name and number for her to call back. She never called back.While I was there I got some candies. The price seemed high but I just figured I got a lot. When I got home, I weighed it myself and it seems I was overcharged by $5.The filling in the peanut butter cups I got did not taste like peanut butter at all so stay away from those. The other candy I got was delicious.

Horrible customer service. Let me explain. I arrived 1 minute prior to the store opening, when I was greeted by an employee standing at the door and locking it in my face, while shaking her pointer finger, singling not to come in. I was taken back, but fair enough, I was a minute early. After standing in the cold for a few minutes, the employee opened the door, gave me the side eye and proceeded to walk pass me with out saying a word, to hang up a flag!! I was in complete shock that she would dismiss me as if I was some wild animal on the street begging for candy! I said, "Hello," and the employee finally acknowledged my existence and said, " Do you need something" I won't bore you with the rest of the ridiculous banter, ok maybe just one more. When I told her I was here to pick up my order, she said, "It wasn't ready," I replied with, "Would you like to have my name?" Her response: Nope! It's not ready! Needless to say, I will never return back there . As long as there is chocolate, there will be happiness, just not at this place!

I needed to get some favor boxes for an event last minute. I went in and asked for 20+ boxes with chocolates in them. At first they didn't know if they could put something together in time, but they were able to find a way to fit my order in. The boxes were finished ahead of schedule, look beautiful with a burgundy bow on them and were reasonably priced. Each box had four chocolates -- a caramel, cherry cordial and two creams. A few of my family members told me they taste great. They are super fresh too -- like an elevated version of what you'd get from Whitman's or Russell Stover. I'm really happy I decided to get my favors here.

On Saturday, I ordered the new trend of hot chocolate bombs with my sister. The service through the phone was pleasant and cheerful especially for it sounding very busy. I went into the shop on Monday to pick the order up, and indeed, they had a lot to fulfill. I am amazed how well it is all managed under the stress and pressure of the holidays. I went back this afternoon for additional goods - cookies, truffles, chocolate, lollipops. It all looks amazing, and I am very happy to have a place offering more than just chocolate. I really wish I had picked up a lot more because I know the items will not last long in my house! I cannot wait to give the items I picked up as gifts.Awesome service, great prices, and delicious items!
