“A critter chewed my gas line and the OEM replacement took a while to arrive. Joe was honest and up front about the ETA of the part arrival and the repair timeframe. They kept my car safe inside their shop for this time period since it had to be towed in. The scope of the job was massive just to replace the fuel line system and Joe was up front about the process and labor cost. When the check engine light came on after the repair, the guys found another critter hole in the evap line and did a repair for no additional charge. All in all, the whole situation was really annoying (having to wait for the part and finding more critter damage) however Joe and Mike kept things going in a positive way and made sure the car was right again and communication was solid.

He is an incredibly kind, helpful person!My motorcycle wouldn’t start after a fill up and he not only did everything in his power to try and help me get it started like jumping the battery and helping me with a bump start but he also asked a mechanic friend to come take a look.We couldn’t figure it out but he made the 2 hour wait for a tow pass so quickly with good conversation and stories from back home.Mil gracias, Arturo!”
