So I went to Gamestop to get a case for my daughter. She picked one and we went to stand in the line. There was 2 guys in front of us. One guy left And my daughter was the second in the line and that point, store was empty. This guy took his sweet time helping the other person. Took 10min to ring him in. In the meanwhile, 2 people come in and picked quickly their games and formed a line on the other side. This guy helping the first customer for 10 minutes multiple times came to eye to eye with me and my daughter. Then finally he is done with them and my daughter walks in. The other 2 customer dont even attempt to walk in as they know we were in the line before they even got to the store. This GameStop employee looks at my daughter and just ignore her. She was right in front of him and ask the other guy can come to pay now. I said we been here for 10 min. And he said the line is on the other side. You seeing us for 10 min and dont open your damn mouth to tell us line forms on the other side. There is no sign or anything pointing to the line. Then he had a rude attitude and explaining us with an attitude how we are on the wrong side of the line. But when he saw me mad, he decided to say, ok I will take you for this time. Like giving me a favor. I told to him he can keep the Nintendo case and left. Now I understand why GameStop is bankrupting. A...holes lile him...

Not sure if it’s the owner or employee but rude, dismissive and made us feel like we were wasting his time. Would not even consider going to this location/store again.

Brayan has terrible customer service and should probably get trained again in that department. I went to return 2 preowned games that my 5 year old didn’t know how to play and he was very rude with his comments. I don’t think I’ll shop here again and it’s unfortunate since it’s about 5 mins from my home but I’d rather go to the one in Bridgewater.

The manager of this store (I think his name was Dan.) was so unhinged and actually kicked us out of the store when we were trying to buy a console. He got mad because we corrected him on the fact that we indeed need a new console to play the new Hogwarts Legacy game on Xbox. He didn’t like being wrong. For some inexplicable reason he tried to convince us from buying a new console. Why wouldn’t you want to sell a brand new console? His behavior was so bizarre. Unbelievably terrible experience here FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF. We drove to the Bridgewater location where we made our purchase with no issues and had a perfect buying experience. Avoid this store unless you wanna deal with a man child manager. Someone should check on this guy he appeared to be mentally unwell.

The folks are always super nice, friendly ans helpful here. They are very knowledgeable about games, consoles as well as making solid recommendations. I frequent then a few times a year and it's always the same great constent experience. One of my favorite GameStop to stop by and shop games, consoles and game accessories!
