This bank goes out their way to make you welcome. No complaining about customer service because they are number one in the business. I walked passed the other to find this one. Staff also are welcoming . I will stay.

Second time my check has not shown up in the account. Last time was because they deposited it in someone else's account. When I go to yet again play where did they put my money I better walk out with it and also with a closed account because f this place. Do not bank with this company.

I have never had a problem with this bank. I never have to wait, they pick up on the first ring and they treat me like I'm family. They greet me by name and even ask about my brother and mom who are also members of Fulton Bank. Their team is amazing!
