Their website clearly states roadside services but I called because one of my buses had a flat tire and was told "Oh no, we don't do that!!"The website CLEARLY says “Dave’s Heavy Towing offers 24-hour towing and roadside services”. It doesn't say "Only cars". But it's all good, lol. Thank you for the quick reply :)

Would not hire just based on how he drives through town. Speeding, tailgating, zigzag traffic cutting people off, no blinkers, running red lights.

AVOID PLACE AT ALL COSTS. i had my car get towed in here after an accident and the next day when i came to clean my car all 5 of my speakers had been stripped, my amp removed and my sub woofer taken. when i confronted them they denied it and threatened to call police if i did not leave property. they would not give me my car key and forced me to leave. i talked to police after but police said they cannt get access to their camers when they clearly stole my stuff. once again, AVOID at all costs. bunch of old scum geezersService: Car towing

I have friends at work for Daves heavy towing. the owner and the dispatchers are very rude and not courteous. I have called them to have my car towed at 2 o'clock in the morning and was told that no driver was available to tow my vehicle. then I called back at 9am to see if I could have my car towed to a repair shop and was told it would be like 3 hours for a truck to be at my house. I would not used them at all.

My truck broke down on a back country road at about 5:00 am. after trying to figure out what was wrong I called Daves Heavy towing. I had used them a year ago with no problems. it was 5:55 and the dispatcher told me it would be about an hour. two hours later I called back and a new dispatcher told me that no one was dispatched to the original call. The new dispatcher was very sympathetic and told me she would get someone out there with 30-35 minutes. An hour later the tow truck arrived. But I have to say the Driver was very courteous and helpful. I'm just very disappointed in the way it was handled by the original dispatcher. Sitting for over three hours was definitely not right. I don't think I will use this company again.

I called these people and requested their heavy duty truck service I was cost a price and I t ask them to turn up about 30 min time so I began to prepare my truck for the tow truck about 1hr after I called enquiring about the tow truck i requested to my surprise I was told shortly after I call another call came in and they when to get that and as soon as they are done they'll get to me about 3hr after I called enquiring about the tow truck to my surprise I was told its too late and the driver is off for the weekend so now I'm stuck for 2days days.... ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS NO THEY CAN'T DO IT i would have take my business elsewhere and get it done and be on my way....

prompt service, very helpful. my car wouldn't unlock after body shop forgot to reconnect something, body shop called them and they arrived quickly and got me back into my vehicle
