This CVS is extremely busy but the pharmacy crew delivers each and every time with polite, professional and accommodating service. The team handles difficult situations with grace and professionalism. The store is currently re-organizing to restore service better than ever. For shopping, the staff is friendly and quick, helping customers get checked out and on their way. Online orders are ready and correct. Customers report having what they need with no issues, finding it a convenient place for quick grab and go items. Many are happy and impressed with their CVS.
We love our CVS. We love Gary, Atiya, Paula to name a few. But love the entire pharmacy crew & anyone we meet throughout this store. Retail is not easy. We have witnessed some badly behaved customers treating the crew quire rudely and your team handles it with grace & professionalism. We are happy this is OUR CVS!

Currently the CVS Pharmacy in Hillsborough is re-organizing and trying to get service restored in better than ever before.. I would definitely give it a try

My online order was ready and 100% correct. And today before I left for the store, I got a $4 off a $4 purchase coupon, which I also used when I went in. NICE!!!
